Barbara and Devette were so very king and fantastic help. I had my 5-year-old niece with me and they were gentle and patient with me and her. They were genuinely caring and helpful. I couldn't ask for a better scenario. They even offered to help me better pack my shipment so that I could get it there cheaper since I had extra space in the box.

They have an employee that is horrible. She works in Richmond location an delivers packages. I've been in tears and a dark place mentally becuz of her. Yet she is still allowed to keep her job. I have no proof of this and she threatens horrible things if anything is said to her boss. So shell never be fired.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company has not been satisfactory. I sent a package to Colombia and then requested a return, but so far I have not received a clear response or solution. Several weeks have passed, and they have informed me that the package has been held by customs and they are no longer able to help us with anything; in short, it's lost. I have tried to contact them several times without success. I hope they can improve their customer service and offer greater accountability and tracking of shipments.

I was initially hopeful as I received an email stating my package would arrive on a certain day and that I would receive email when it arrived. Not only did package not arrive, the notice said additional information was needed and that I should have been contacted. My second mistake was calling customer service. There was a significant language barrier (Ray Charles directing traffic level bad). I was impressed with how little he was able to tell me about my package. He didn't know where it was, what additional information was needed or when it would arrive. I have no idea how a company can be so incompetent.

Juan Gonzales assisted me today with my package shipping and I cannot emphasize enough what an amazing person he is. He was extremely helpful, polite, professional, and very efficient. He patiently assisted me with all my requests, including re-boxing and securing my package, and making sure I was happy with the end result.
