Great company to deal with. Customer service department (Brian) is absolutely on point and ready to take care of customers. Will absolutely choose them in the future. I spoke with another individual as well but unfortunately dropped service before I could catch his name.

A nut fell out of a wing on my Bag Boy Nitron. I called; they sent an email telling me how to submit the issue; I replied; they said they'd provide the whole wing. This was all within one day. Sarah was extremely responsive and helpful. Thank you.
