Had been waiting 4 months for this to arrive so when it made it to the terminal on a Friday and they said it would be delivered to my home on Monday, I asked if I could just come pick it up. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and I was in and out in no time!

Horrible shipping company I absolutely would not recommend using them.
Driver was rude and disrespectful
There were clear instructions to call to arrange a delivery time so that we could have proper staffing to accept the delivery. Driver acknowledged that he had our number and flat out didn’t bother to call because it was inconvenient to dial our number

Worst trucking company in Richmond... other than Swift, of course. Horrible customer service with the schedulers. They definitely should not be doing residential deliveries.

We have used Estes Freight for all of our company shipping for many years. Their team is phenominal. When i got married we decided not to have wedding guests give us gifts we did not need, so we chose an organization in Texas that paired rescue dogs to Veterans for companionship and rehab. This organization needed items for their offices, as well as dog supplies. We ended up with 3 HUGE crates that we filled with all of these wedding gifts. ESTES took it upon themselves to ship it at THEIR EXPENSE from here in Virginia to Texas. That should tell you what kind of company Estes is. Hats off to all my handlers at Estes, AMANDA, SHELLY, DENISE and HEATHER !! you all rock !
