Alex was amazing. My home had water intrusion and a storage this was a last minute need for my family. I had never rented a storage space and was concerned about hidden fees or being scammed like I had read and heard about from others. Alex talked me through everything, helped me stay on top of move out dates and when best to alert the staff of moving plans. They also reviewed if I needed extra dates what the rates would be so I was aware of all my the fees that would meet my needs. The facility was clean and safe. If you have questions or needs here be sure to ask for Alex. By far the most helpful and friendly and why I gave 5 stars. Thanks Alex! You’re doing great!!

Today, I went to ExtraSpace Storage on Mall Drive in North Chesterfield, VA. The receptionist, Meghan Perkins, was so professional, kind, friendly, and informative. She was nice enough to show me several units because I wasn't sure which size I wanted. On our way back from the storage units, Meghan took out time to show me how to enter and exit the facility when I come by to unload or load my belongings. I like how quickly it took Meghan to sign me up for my unit.
Since I'm not as computer savvy as Meghan is, she helped me to download the ExtraSpace app, and she helped me to set the app up. My experience at ExtraSpace Storage on Mall Drive was pleasant and enjoyable. I will recommend this storage facility to anyone who is in need of extra storage.

I had an exceptional experience with Alex at Extra Storage Space. From the moment I arrived, Alex was incredibly helpful and professional, guiding me through the process of selecting the perfect storage unit for my needs. I have driven three hours and the two front girls cannot drill the door lock out. this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with two individuals running a business . they did not tell me what they were going to do. They just told me to go sit in my Truck and wait. I asked him to call maintenance or the owner and they told me they would not. They told me I should’ve brought a key. My fiancé has Rented this unit for three years and paid $190 a month. She has not been here in three years and has no key. They said that they Drill the lock and get us in . To get no answers from these two different people is ridiculous. They will not give me the number to maintenance or the owner. As far as I’m concerned, I’m sitting on my butt In my truck, why they do nothing. will not listen or allow me to touch the lock. This is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been They are not helpful whatsoever.

I booked the rental online and was moving in shortly after. The facility is clean, comfortable and with plenty of hand trucks around. So far, it's leaps and bounds above every other storage place I have used.

Alex and all the staff at Extra space storage were so helpful! She stayed on the phone with me to ensure necessary paperwork was completed. Easy to do business with getting the right size for the right price.

Megan was absolutely amazing she was great she helped me through everything and even broke down the steps and gave a great storage space and pricing was amazing highly recommend asking for her if anyone goes in and needs help like I did
