We have been working with Tammy for almost 2 years and she has helped us out with multiple projects, from lettering for our trailers to signage for our training facility. The service and communication is always top-notch and that is one of the most important points for us. The product is consistently high quality, and that is partly due to the great communication mentioned earlier. We are very happy with our experience and will continue to use FastSigns for future projects!

The technician that removed our exterior signs for our business left all of the screws and tacks from the sign all over the parking lot. They refused to come back and clean them up. This led to 2 neighboring businesses getting flat tires from the screws that we now have to cover as an unexpected cost because you refuse to take responsibility. After the work was completed, you sent an email saying to follow up if unsatisfied with the work, which I did. I never received a response. Tried calling and you refused to take any responsibility. It is unacceptable to make payment mandatory to get our service scheduled, but then take no responsibility when the job is not complete.

Slightly discouraged that even though I sent a picture of what I wanted, we went back and forth for several days. After several drafts, I became eager to finish the order. Ultimately, I grew eager to approve as time was of the essence. After receipt, I noted that the phone number used two separate punctuations. This is not professional in appearance. Although I must accept blame for not catching this in the draft phase, I am still discouraged that they feel it appropriate to switch punctuations.
