Took a day to do an inspection, oil change, tire rotation and alignment. No big deal, did it on my days off. I am writing a review due to the state I got my car back in. My dad was a Firestone mechanic and state inspector for 30 years so I had all my work done through him. This is the first year I'm going through strangers. This was not ideal, no paper mats were used so there are tons of black marks all over the floor mats. Whoever worked on my car also went through everything (center console, center tray, and door) and TOOK all of my quarters I use for tolls but left every penny. Thanks for the work but I don't like the cleanliness or the respect for customers personal belongings at this location.

I wanted to express I had a bad experience at Firestone on 10/09/2023. I paid for so mething that wasn't really explained. I was shown something that due to the age of the car and wear they couldn't repair. But Tom the Mgr at the Hopkins Rd location.made the experience better. I do recommend if you have a issue Tom will resolve and make sure you're satisfy with the outcome.

Took our 2014 Taurus in for a State Inspection. They called me on Monday saying it failed because of a front Brake Caliper and Tire. Ask how much to replace both . They say $653. So I take it to another shop for the repairs. That shop calls me and tells me nothing is wrong with the Caliper or my tires. This Location is a cash Grab scam don't take your vehicles here. Shady service writer. They'll never get my business again. Matter of Fact I'll be canceling my Firestone Credit Card.Good thing there's still Honest Mechanic shops in Chester, Va that believe in Ethics .

If you come here, you'll probably encounter a guy named Tom. A completely unpleasant and unprofessional employee who has absolutely no idea how to talk to people nor does he have a clue what it means to be a professional. Firestone should be ashamed. This location needs much better help.

These folks, namely Rashaan, and colleagues at the customer desk do a wonderful job. Firestone does things as a courtesy and at no charge to make sure your car is safe and right. The work done was done in a timely manner and they found ways to save money. Very reliable. Thanks for a job well done!!

I have been using firestone consistently for about 10 years. They have always been good to work with. You can get 6 months no interest when using their credit card. The Greystone location is usually very busy so it is better to have an appointment.

We were passing through town on a Sunday when we stopped for lunch and noticed the oil cover had come loose on our car. Our oil had been changed a few days earlier by a Take 5 oil shop where we live and apparently not put on correctly. With over 300 miles to go on our trip, we saw that Firestone was open on a Sunday and drove there to ask if they could help. The folks a Firestone were life savers. Though it was an easy fix for them to replace 4 missing screws and washers, they took our car in quickly, and we were on our way in no time. The concern and care they took to address our minor problem (that was going to be a much bigger problem if we drove 300 highway miles) speaks to the character of the fellows that work there. We are grateful that they helped us so quickly, and if we lived in the area, we would use them exclusively to service our vehicles.

I started using Firestone over 10 years ago, however my experience over the last 5 years has been steadily declining. Let me warn you, don't buy any of their lifetime warrenty services. They were my trusted source for personal and also fleet vehicles for work. I used the one on Hopkins Road for personal and the one in Glen Allen off Broad Street for seven work fleet vehicles. I live in Chesterfield and worked in Henrico. The Hopkins Road location does not care about appointments and, at first, it was fine because I received excellent customer service. That lasted all of two visits. Last few visits they talk to me like it's burdensome. They either don't have the person to perform the service (they are off or the position is just vacant); don't have what is needed to do it; or they don't have time (even if you have an appointment). So most times, I ended up not even being able to use them. After this morning's dose of being talked to like I was small, and it was burdensome and being forced on him to communicate with me, I'm not going back. Stinks for them since I now work closer to them in Chesterfield, and I will not take fleet vehicles either. I referred three people go there when the experience was great. All have already stopped using Hopkins, and they certainly won't get another referral out of me.The service in Glen Allen became unreliable, so I started taking all seven GSA fleet vehicles to another place.Lastly, Firestone might be thinking people say things about having a bunch of vehicles and referrals, and taking them elsewhere all the time and this may just be dismissed as fluff and BS. If Firestone doesn't believe me they can reach me and look up all of the vehicles listed under my name and/or phone number.

They wanted me to wait over 3 and 1/2 hours just to patch a tire. Ridiculous! I went to another place and was in and out in 20 minutes. I will find a better place!
