I recently had my car battery replaced at Firestone, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. They quickly diagnosed the issue, confirmed that my battery needed replacing, and walked me through the options available. I appreciated their honesty and transparency.
Installation was quick—less than an hour—and they even checked my alternator and electrical system to make sure everything else was in good shape. Prices were fair, and the battery came with a solid warranty, which gives me peace of mind.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to after my experience at Firestone. I came in for new tires, and everything from start to finish was smooth and professional. The staff was friendly, honest, and really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed—no pressure, just solid service. The installation was quick, and my car drives so much better now. Really impressed and grateful. Highly recommend!

I stopped by Firestone for a routine oil change and had an excellent experience. Igor was incredibly helpful—he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was being done. The service was quick, efficient, and professional. Igor’s customer service really stood out and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance. Highly recommend!

I went in for an oil change and inspection. The service here is amazing. The speedy mechanics had my car in and out super quick. Front desk was straightforward and informative. I’ll be a life time customer.

Left truck there from Sunday to Friday for inspection and pre vacation check up. They never got to it and then were not the least bit bothered by my inconvenience or need for my vehicle tje next day. Traded there for 33 year. Never again..

I went for ac service and 280 dollars only the same thing wrong and told me my 2011 ford escape was blowing cold air. Had I known that they no ac tech on duty. Now I have to find somewhere else hopefully I don't get ripped off again.

I dropped the car off for inspection on a Thursday, was told it would be ready on Saturday, but the service center didn’t finish it until the following Tuesday, and I picked it up Tuesday evening. When I drove to work the next day, I noticed that the inspector had forgotten to put the new inspection sticker on the windshield. I scheduled going back by the service center at 4pm on the following Thursday. It took 45 minutes for someone to put the new sticker on – which was a ridiculous amount of time to wait for you guys to fix your mistake. Moreover, this is the SECOND time in three years that Firestone forgot to put on a new inspection sticker. This is a company vehicle which I don’t drive a lot, and I never noticed the expired sticker was still on the car. Three months or so later I get pulled over by the police for having an expired inspection sticker. Cost me $100.

THIS FIRESTONE on Huguenot Rd in No Chesterfield is one of the best car care centers I've ever frequented. STONE has exceptional customer service skills, and he makes me feel appreciated (almost like family). The entire staff is friendly, and professional. Moreover, the service repairs are accurate and done in a timely manner. I always enter and leave with a smile. They really know their crafts, and seem to enjoy doing what they do best. Keep up the phenomenal job guys!!!!

I have been taking my car to this Firestone for years and have always received the best service and honest information regarding my vehicle. I love the new digital inspections which allowed me to see pictures of anything wrong with my vehicle. As a woman who doesn’t know too much about cars, this is extremely helpful! Shoutout to the manager who is always so friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient with my time. 10/10 recommend!
