I brought my car in for a scraping sound coming from my brakes. I had an appointment, but it still took them 1 hr 45 min to diagnose. They quoted me around $1500 to fix the minimum issues, but recommended I get up to $4500 worth of work done! So, I took my car home to get a second quote.I then found an independent mechanic who came to my house and in 4 hours had diagnosed the issue, gone out to get the parts, and finished the job. Bw parts and labor to fix what actually needed to be fixed, it cost me $200. And guess what? My brakes sound and feel perfect!Firestone will try to get you to do things you don't necessarily need right now. Their goal is clearly to upsell and get you to spend as much money as possible. I don't think they are necessarily lying, but they aren't being honest. They are clearly looking for every little thing that could possibly be needed in the "near future." And even the repairs that are needed are completely overpriced. I recommend looking elsewhere.I gave 2 stars bc the front desk guy was courteous, which I appreciated.

I called ahead… went to drop off my tire to get patched (nail in it) and was told they would not do it because they are aftermarket rims and they were scared they might damage the wheel. So a tire center will not repair a tire unless it is on stock wheels? I’ll assume this means if I need new tires, this is not the place to get them since they are worried about damaging wheels.

It was 6:55 pm on a weekday and I desperately need to fix the air in my tires while I was searching for an air pump. Donald came to my rescue, and quickly fixed the air issues. I appreciate the friendly and quick customer service that was provided by Donald!!

Couple of months ago I had my cars recalls repaired at the Hyundai dealership - next day when I picked it up my cars engine was shaking. Worried that it was something super serious I called here and the man on the phone understood my worry and told me to drop it off and was very thorough in letting me know how much the diagnostic would be. Unfortunately they couldn’t seem to find anything when they looked at the engine itself but the amazing mechanic dug a bit deeper and found a bulletin about a CED filter that if my car didn’t have it (which it didn’t) that it could cause engine rattling. They went ahead and ordered the part and when I picked it up the next afternoon it had stopped rattling. I am super thankful for them getting me in on such short notice and saving me (a person who knows nothing on cars but tries to do my research) about $500 in diagnostics and the part itself. I can’t remember the names of the lovely men that assisted me and my car but thank you!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Don't trust the appointments. Love the idea so booked one for an oil change at 130pm, the guy said they were busy so it could be 1-1.5 hours, I was hoping for closer to 30 with the appointment. 2.5 hours later no one had said a word to me so I finally asked and they said my car was next but couldn't say when and that it would be another 1-2 hours at least. Got my car back, took it down the road to Grease Monkey, and it was done in 20 minutes. I'm sure they work hard but if they can't manage appointments appropriately they shouldn't offer them

This by far is the worst customer experience ever. I was not greeted at all. I believe the front desk employee name was Rick. He is not fit for anything that has to do with customer service. It was if he was scared of me, but had spoken to other customers. You need to be unbiased if you are working with the public.I had 2 appointments. First appointment, nothing was done after an hour was told they needed to order the part, so I gave grace, even though I had phoned them 3 day's prior and explained what was needing to be done. And had an appointment. Still I gave grace. I was supposed to receive a call the following day. This was on last Tuesday. No one phoned me, I called that Friday and said I had been waiting since Tuesday, and the guy was so nonchalant and was like, well ok. Someone was supposed to call. Red flag. Yes. Still they ordered the part, and I scheduled to be seen this Wednesday. I called on Monday to confirm. I get there 8 minutes before my appointment. The same front desk guy just looked didn't say anything, and I basically had to do his job and checked myself in. They didn't take my SUV back until 12:40. Remember I had an appointment, and I mentioned when I checked in that, I had to be gone. It was my 3rd time asking how long. I was told an hour, to and hour in a half. Then 2:05 pm hits, I asked how much longer the guy said, we don't know? They were still trying to get a part off. If they don't have employees who can deal with all vehicles, then maybe they should inform the customers. I was scheduled for also an oil change, besides just my part. I had to cancel an appointment, call my sitter and let her know, I was going to be late. All this time NO one updated me on anything.A few minutes after 3pm. I was told they could fix the part. This is after 3 plus hours of thinking my vehicle was almost ready. I said I'm just going to go somewhere else. Then I asked about my oil change. I was then informed they didn't do it. You have to be kidding me. I walked out. Went to my truck, and it was scratched up. Now this was it. I showed the guy. He saw what I was talking about. He went to get the employee. Instead of the guy listening, he became argumentative, and was trying to over speak me. I said this Firestone will need to fix. My vehicle is only a week old, and they scratch it. I called my dealer, and they said they will fight with me to get my vehicle repaired, it was just purchased.I would say to anyone. Re-think visiting this location. The lack of professionalism, care, experience, is ridiculous.Now I'm waiting to see how long it will take for their district lead to reach out to me.

I purchased 4 new tires here about a year and a half ago. This morning on my way to work I picked up a socket in one of my tires. Thankfully I was just up the road from Firestone. Richard assisted me and was able to get me set up with a new tire within a few hours. My new tires has come with a warranty so the replacement today was significantly discounted. I really appreciate heir help this morning!

We had brakes and rotors done on Audi A6, they did a great job, very fair price, half other places, matt, egor and stone all good guys to deal with. And ahead of time asked them when to drop off bc needed car later that afternoon, asked if they could do in that timeframe, they said Yes, and did so. Thanks guysMike and Jen
