Despite information saying facility is 24hrs there was no one here to receive the load. Both the number in my dispatch information as well as on google led nowhere.

Suppose to be someone here at all times for deliveries, unfortunately we pick a day the lady says sorry I'm not there you'll have to wait 45minutes to hour!! What a way to ruin my Saturday.. hope she doesn't get paid for being here, because she is not!!!
