This is the best place to go for above & beyond customer service, and professional auto service. CoCo the manager was great, explained what my car needed, cost & time to get it done. Tra met me at the door, told me where to go & provided great service! Definitely going back when needed & already told some family & friends about this Jiffy Lube location on Midlothian. When your car needs service, you need people like these to meet & assist you! I was in a walking boot & CoCo helped me to my car. Great extra service!!

CoCo, manager: I just have to applaud GiGi, Travis and Josh. They are the absolute GREATEST employees of Jiffy Lube.I was on my lunch break and while sitting at the stop light I saw a ton..and I mean a Zillion red ants inside my car. These considerate and compassionate employees jumped right in, calmed me down and vacuumed my entire car for me! I am so thankful for their kindness and willingness to go outside of what they are supposed to do. They deserve a raise!!!I generally have my car device for a regular oil change at whatever Jiffy Lube I’m near and have never actually been to this location before for service on my car but I’m coming to y’all next time for sure!S. Coco and her team hooked me up and got me back on the road in no time! I came in with an emergency situation and she really took it upon her self to make sure my vehicle was in perfect condition. I will absolutely be recommending this location to everyone! Thank you!!

I am always so pleased with Jiffy Lube. I've taken several family vehicles for service or oil changes or brake work, and technicians are ALWAYS so courteous and professional. I love that service options are given in a matter of fact, low pressure way, and the work is done well. Happy customer!
