I love this pharmacy. I pay out of pocket caus my insurance won’t work with Kroger…I pay out of pocket for my scripts because they are so nice here. They say hi to me when I walk up and call me by name.

The pharmacists are consistently unfriendly here. They meet the basic needs of filling the prescription but with no warmth or hint of pleasantries. The pharmacist literally walked away from me as I was asking a question about vets having a DEA number vs an NPI number with regard to using a discount card. This is a new medicine for me - it's for my pet actually. I wasn't asked if I had any questions, she briefly stated that I needed to discard it 28 days from date of puncturing seal as I was being checked out by a tech. The tech is the only reason I gave 2 stars because she was nice and friendly. I rarely use the Kroger pharmacy but it was convenient this evening. I will be transferring the prescription to another pharmacy moving forward.

Since Mr Linkous retired this pharmacy has gone straight downhill. Long waits and very rude employees, especially Megan. Go anywhere else!

This is the best, quickest pharmacy in the entire Richmond area. They run a tight ship, and are very helpful and accomodating when it comes to customer service.

Always a great experience. This is an old time, friendly, customer service oriented pharmacy, located in a Kroger's grocery store. The pharmacist and staff treat customers with respect and kindness. They take all the time needed to answer questions. I can go anywhere to get my meds. I choose to go here for the customer service.
