I’ve been a customer for years and this pharmacy has gone down hill and is getting worse with how unprofessional and uneducated the staff is. The past year they keep having problems I get the same response that their “under staffed” and I get it but theirs no way for the past year they have forgotten and have had issues with my perceptions due to staff numbers. I’m finished and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone until staff is trained better and are more professional.

Very sad state of affairs at this pharmacy. I really tried to keep this as my pharmacy because they are close but I just can't any longer. It's hard enough dealing with the sicknesses that cause people to need pharmacies but when the people that dispense your medicines are as uncaring as this group, it makes condition maintenance and recovery even harder. I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

Worst pharmacy ever! My mom has to call her doctor to request refills because they don’t seem to be able to complete this basic transaction at this pharmacy. They also have closed their drive through due to staffing but seem to have plenty of time to chir chat. The topper is that their system went down so they were unable to release an already filled prescription my 92 year old mother needed! I’ve already transferred my prescriptions and hers are next now.

I have had nothing but a good experience using this pharmacy. Claire, one of the pharmacist went above & beyond taking time to help me with my medications & answering questions & concerns that I had. I was very sick at the time so her kindness & patience meant the world to me.

I've had mixed experiences with this Kroger, but it's near my house so this is the one I always go to. I have teens and spend a lot of $ on groceries, so I'm there a lot. The reason I'm on yelp is to recognize my favorite cashier, Audrey. Audrey really stands out in this store as a super friendly, hardworking, and efficient employee. Whenever she is working, I always get in her line because I know she will be pleasant and helpful no matter how busy the store is :) If you're there, look for her!

Filled my last prescription here. I always request my prescription refills on their website and it tells you when it will be ready. That date always comes and goes and I have to call and ask when it's going to be ready. If there is a problem with the refill, you have to call them to discover that. Even when they tell you when it will be ready, you still have to go there and then they'll start working on it.

The slowest pharmacy ever. I put in a rx refill online at 7am said it would be ready at 1:15 I get there at 5:30 and still have to wait 15mins. This is unacceptable and due to complications it's really inconvenient for me to continue to drive back and forth to the pharmacy. DO BETTER or hire more staff.

If you are expecting friendly service in a timely manner, DO NOT SHOP HERE!! The woman in customer service had the worst attitude I've ever seen. Her cheap orange two dollar wig and sloppy appearance matched her nasty attitude. It shouldn't take much to put on a smile, say just a few words as, "Can I help you?" But not for this woman, she struggled just to do the easiest of tasks. My wife has also had a few experiences that were very similar with other service workers at this store. Lose the attitude for you are not doing anyone a favor by waiting on us. Take a moment and try to remember, this was suppose to be the job that you were hired to do. FOOD LION right up the street is a much cleaner store and all that work there are certainly more professional in every way. I highly suggest you shop there.

I was in the ER for 3 hours and the ER sent the RX in an hour before I got there. They took 20 min to fill it. After paying I asked if it was all 4 I was prescribed they said they only got two. So I asked them to check and the pharmacy tech, Jenna straight up told me there was nothing she could do. In visible pain struggling to walk I went out to my car and got all my ER paperwork and called the ER sitting through multiple menus to reach someone. Only to come in and have her tell me it was sitting on the fax machine. Totally unacceptable. People doing this job should be willing to help those in need of medicine. You are not just a glorified cashier. When I asked you to check and you can't simply walk to a fax machine or ask anyone else and just tell me there is nothing you can do then you don't deserve your job.
