Kroger Pharmacy is my new happy place! The staff is so friendly and helpful, I half expect them to break into a musical number every time I walk in. They fill my prescriptions faster than I can find my car keys, and they always do it with a smile. It's like having my own personal team of pharmacy superheroes. If you want your meds with a side of cheer and efficiency, Kroger Pharmacy is the place to be. Five stars, and an extra gold star for the laughs!

Kroger has been a lifesaver, especially with their convenient Drive-Thru. The staff is always friendly and efficient, making it easy to pick up my prescriptions without even leaving the car. This is a huge plus for busy days or when I'm not feeling my best.

I don't do reviews often but I had a great experience shopping here for the first time. Staff were present everywhere in case you needed anything, shelves were fully stocked in all departments, and it's very neat. I had a wonderful experience!

Vanilla as generic ice cream. Bland as an unsalted potato chip but they get the job done. Don't ask for personalities or senses of humor.

This is so biased but I love Kroger. I love everything they have to offer, the store has such a diverse range, their Starbucks employees don't look angry every time I don't just order plain coffee, their produce is high quality, I just love everything about Kroger. I've never been failed by a Kroger before.

The only way to get them to prioritize your medication is to physically be at the store asking from the counter. Otherwise, they frequently don't fill medication until a day after they're due for refilling, which ends up resulting in gaps in medication schedules.

The wait time here is often long. They have told me prescriptions are ready and they are not. I feel like each time I come to fill a prescription it is a hassle.

Poorly run store. Management for this store needs a housecleaning. Needed a hand basket for a couple of items. None to be found at the entrance, had to go to checkout to find one. Employees to lazy to place baskets where they are needed. Management is not real bright.

The Kroger on Tim Price Way is 9 times out of 10, HORRIBLE. First of all, the deli staff are ALL rude and nasty. They are slower than IDEK what, you order 3 items and it's a 40 minute wait! Then they get upset or nasty if you ask them to cut your cold cuts a certain way! Huffing and puffing and rolling their eyes and having an attitude with customers isn't part of their job, but it's the only thing they know how to do! If you order click list, they wait until the very last minute to tell you items are unavailable, or they give you wrong items and don't even mention it. The managers are rude, very angry and aggressive, as if they're trying to scare you off so they don't have to help you.

Kroger has a way to go with pharmaceuticals they consistently tell you you prescription will be done in 30 minutes and you go there an hour later and they are just starting to work on it
