I went grocery shopping. After you've done it a few times (thousands), it's hard to call it an "experience." You get it done. It's a chore, and chores aren't usually accompanied by special moments to remember.It's a Kroger which there are usually two types: bad and good. This one was good.

Went in December 23 to purchase items for Christmas dinner. My mom and I nicely inquired about the price and was immediately met with an attitude by the guy watching the self checkouts. Saying “he does the price checking so he would know what was supposed to be there” I asked him if he could see if there was a smaller Munster cheese, he said he would bring it back but brought back the wrong cheese. He then brings back the same cheese again. Then I asked him politely to just take the cheese off and he goes“ I could’ve done that from the start” and when I got upset and told him to watch his attitude and he didn’t need to be nasty, he goes “it’s not that serious oh my god”. I try to be generous year round, but especially during the holidays towards retail and grocery workers, however please vet out who you hire so customers are not met with negativity and attitude and feel like they are intruding for asking for help, it’s your job!

The customer service is so pathetic. This has happened twice. I used the self checkout. I took one piece of vegetable and the system billed me for 40. I was billed $72 more than what I bought. When I went to get a refund, the lady started blaming me for putting the wrong quantity. I did not do that. If I did I would know. I am not oblivious to how my body works. I had to show her that I picked only one. Whatever happened to customer is right. She could have asked me to show it at the get go instead of exchanging all those words. Poor service.

This is my local Kroger which is always pleasant to me, but the reason for this five star review alone is for the young woman Tiffany who works in the bakery. I’m 9 months pregnant, due any day now, and trying to plan a 2nd birthday for my son. I ordered a cake with some decorations and some cupcakes for his party, I show up today to get the order to just be informed that it had been canceled due to not having someone in store to decorate.My heart sank, I’m already stressed to the max, the party is today, and I just start to cry. Tiffany instantly sympathized and tried to help me come up with a solution. She told me to pick any cake from the case, and she had a few cupcakes in the back to pick from. I grabbed a frozen cake from the case and chose a few cupcakes feeling instant relief. Was it what I ordered? No. Was I going to make it work? Absolutely. What touched me the most is Tiffany gave me a fat old hug, as if she could just see the stress on my tired momma face. She told me to meet her at customer service because they were going to handle the cake and cupcakes since my order was not ready and I had no cancellation call.When I get to customer service, store manager Jim is there clearly not happy that the cakes were offered to be comped. When I get to customer service there is no apology from Jim, no “hey so sorry we don’t have your order”, not even eye contact to me as the customer. Just stands there infront of me debating with Tiffany and customer service about “well, charge her full price this, charge her for these cupcakes, well we can do 50% yadda yadda.”Jim, as a manager you need to understand not every customer is coming in looking for something for free. I had every intention on paying for anything I left the store with today. But when I’m panicking the day of my sons birthday, and you have an amazing employee who made me feel human for being upset, and you follow it with “well you basically got everything you ordered…” no sir. I got a different cake, from your freezer, not even the same batter that I ordered, un-decorated cupcakes, it’s not at all what I ordered otherwise we wouldn’t be here, right? But it’s not about the money for me. It’s about customer service. And when you have someone in your store working with such compassion and sympathy for people, and you follow it up with not even being able to make eye contact or be apologetic for YOUR STORES mistake Mr. Manager? You should be ashamed of yourself.Thank you Tiffany for being such a sweet person in a really tough world right now. I’ll forever remember your kindness and help with my sons second birthday. Thank you.

I have 2 Krogers closer to me than this one but let me tell you a secret. I come to this one anyways to do my shopping. Firstly it is very clean, organized, well maintained, the workers seem happy. Hell even the Customers seem a lot more happy here and everyone is friendly. This is the best Kroger I have ever been to and I have gone to quite a few of them. Highly recommend coming here even if there is one closer to you, it is worth the drive.

This guy is never at the kiosk. I always see him walking around the parking lot talking to people. How do I pay cash for fuel if he isn't there? Guess I have to go somewhere else. This happens frequently. I don't know why I keep coming here. I like the store. But how am I supposed to get gas? Help me out Kroger. Been a loyal customer for years.once again 3 days later trying to get gas and the guy is walking around smoking a cigarette. Talking to people. I can't get gas.

Had my first online order at this location. Overall ordering experience on the app was good. Easy to use. However I ordered green beans and it came only ONE individual green bean for $1.61. Two out of the 4 zucchini are bad. Very dissatisfied with the service and the produce quality. I wish I could post the pictures so people can see the green bean and zucchini

Line on a weeknight for self checkout 30 people deep. Blocking the aisles. Had 2 items. When I went to customer service to complain about no cashiers, was told by management. "No one wants a job. Do you want to apply?" Um..no. I just wont come here again. Second time for this. No more.

Most organized Kroger, after they all changed the aisles it became impossible to find anything but this store is different. Just put all kinds of sauce, condiments, dressings and stuff in the same aisle. It’s not that difficult!

This use to be my favorite Krogers to grocery shop but not anymore. Super long lines, they are always short staffed, especially on the weekends. If being short staffed is the case, the managers need to step up and work the registers. Honestly I will not be shopping at this location anymore!
