⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ LensCrafters – Chesterfield Town Center
I’ve been coming here for many years and highly recommend this location. The one constant throughout the years has been the manager, Chris, who provides excellent customer service every time. My wife once tried another eyeglass provider, but the difference in quality and service was clear, she is happily back to this Lenscrafters.
I also strongly recommend their replacement insurance. It has been incredibly consistent in fixing or replacing any issues I’ve had, and over the years it has truly been a lifesaver, saving me significant money overall.
Yep, eyeglasses aren’t cheap, but it’s easier when I trust that I’m getting the quality and service I pay for.
Having Dr. Bastaich(optometry) right next door is another convenience I appreciate, good and reliable care.
Kudos to Chris and the team at LensCrafters Chesterfield Town Center!

Optician Jill can do it all at this LensCrafters! After helping me select the perfect frames, she verified prescriptions, measurements and pricing, explained my insurance coverage (while I was still fumbling for the login) and wrapped it all up with energy, patience, kindness and professionalism. She understood every complex nuance of these three different specs, each set multi-functional and multi-focal. HER laser focus is absolutely undeniable!

Everyone at the store was lovely and they have a good selection of frames. Bruce assisted me and was patient and understanding and took the time to explain the different lens options to me. I did not catch the names of the other employees that Bruce enlisted to help me out, but thank you to them also. I am so excited to get my new glasses and look forward to returning to the store to pick them up.

I used to really like coming here but the frame selection doesn’t usually have anything that looks good on me. So the past few times I’ve gotten frames elsewhere (Walmart vision center, Eyemart, Americas Best) and there’s always SOME REASON why they can’t put the prescription lenses in them. I get my frames from places that don’t accept my insurance and bring them to LensCrafters because they’re the only ones who take my insurance. So I will not be coming back. Don’t tell me one thing and then every time I drive an hour out of my way to come get lenses; you all can’t do it.

The associates here are exceptional. They listen well, look for the best options for you and are patient with you. I recommend this store to everyone who are looking for glasses or sunglasses.

Amber was excellent!!!! This Lens Crafters replaced my broken glasses and put in my prescription lenses very quickly. And Amber was so professional, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous!!!
