On consecutive weekends I went to this Macy's location to look at jewelry, considering a purchase for myself. Both weekends I stood at, and walked around the jewelry cases that enclosed the men's jewelry. I was interested in a necklace. I stood unattended at the necklace counters looking and waiting for someone to help me. We'll, that help never arrived. I'm big on symbolism, so I took it as a sign that I wasn't meant to have this jewelry, but in all honesty, the piece I was interested in was priced at 1.7k, and I probably would have left the store with it because I liked the piece. Now, instead of jewelry, I'll be happily purchasing a couple of Rogue workout equipment pieces for the same amount of money. Thanks for nothing Macy's

I spent an hour or more in the store waiting to be helped just to leave with nothing. The salespeople were nice and accomodating. I was so glad to have found a shoe I wanted, in my size, and avail in the size up. Well, the shoe had a defect. Did I want to go to the short pump location? uhmm...I think not. Needless to say, the shoe didn't make it home with me.

Keisha and staff are excellent. The salon is always very clean, and protective masks are welcomed but not required. Love the hair service that is provided without breaking the bank. If you try her once, you won't regret it.
