Luis was absolutely amazing! As soon as we walked into the store he was so incredibly welcoming and kind. We were a pain in the rear end and we were constantly apologizing and he kept saying we were fine. We will definitely be returning with our mobile needs. Thank you Luis for all of your help today!

Bought two phones last month gave the guy behind the counter my drivers license, made a few calls ended up with a 757 area code instead of 434 area code ok I accepted that , can’t log into the metro app because for what ever reason the number isn’t even in my name I was never asked to create 8 digit pin or what my first pets name was , I’ve tried calling this store numerous times no one answers and when they do they just hang
up.. I’m over a hour drive and would prefer not to drive 60 miles to fix something that could have been done correctly the first time

Awful customer service. Had someone hang up on me and everytime I tried calling back they picked up the phone and hung up again. All I wanted to know was if my auto pay went though. What kind of customer service is that??????
