I was just at this location we walked in at 5:50 pm and the representative Brandon said they was closing at 6 pm and literally refused to provide us service and said he would not service us. When asked to call his manager he refused that as well. I am a previous manager for metro and if a customer walked in the door 5 minutes before closing we was to not refuse a customer. Brandon was very unprofessional and this happened while customers and another representative was in the store. I am a current metro customer and I will NEVER come to this location again.
