The worst bank to go to! Slow is an understatement. There is one teller that works at the drive-through. She helps when she can. No complaints with her. There is a teller, the only teller they have working, she should have back up. She is entirely too slow to be the only teller. She doesn't know her job, and it's obvious. There is a small stature black lady that sits at a desk. She is also back up teller. I have witnessed her playing on her phone when they need help. Today is Friday. They were busy but not too busy. She did not help until the doors were locked. Sad. Go to another location

Change from Truist to rudest and laziest... Went to this branch 3 times, 1 walkin, 1 calling in, 1 with online appointment... All 3 times the branch manager was not there or in a "meeting" not on site. The supervisor takes a lunch break from 11 to 2. How can I get that job?

5 stars for Diamond at this Truist branch! I had a deposit issue and was extremely upset about it. Truist customer service was no help whatsoever and literally told me to call the branch. Diamond was so calm and went out of her way to make sure I understood how it happened and what to expect going forward. She double checked what she told me against the bank policy, reading it aloud to me, to ensure she had given me the correct information. She even called me back to give me an additional option if my deposit wasn’t available the next day. While I may still have concerns regarding Truist as a bank I know that I can now count on Diamond if I have concerns that need to be addressed. Branch manager…Give this woman a raise!

Literally worst bank! All customer service is outsourced… huge language barriers and 0 empathy and no less than a 15 min wait anytime you call. No options for call backs or anything. Way behind the mark for customer service. I used them for a secondary account! Big mistake! I’d feel safer banking with cash app!

Suntrust customer service is consistently very poor. As a relatively technical savvy individual, I struggle with trying to access information. The website has issues on a monthly basis, and the only way to resolve these is to call and manage your way through a complex IVR system. And ... you have to call during business hours, so forget about getting things done on your own schedule. Isn't that what "online" options are supposed to be about? Apparently not if you are a Suntrust customer.

Typical SunTrust bank in a shady part of town. Wouldn't recommend going after dark but in a pinch it will do. The clerks are nice, the parking lot is small but not typically an issue. There is only a walk up ATM so definitely be aware of your surroundings if your solo.

So far my experience with them is little, but I have talked with them a couple of times, and they have been very helpful and kind. I hope that this will be my bank for good.
