Absolutely abysmal customer service, don’t bother going here when the bankers don’t understand how their own company works. They lost a customer due to the incompetent brain dead lady that sits up front. Went straight down the road to Virginia Credit Union to open a new account :)

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The Branch Manager needs to have addition training. I AM LETTING YOU USE MY MONEY. BB&T was the first bank I ever dealt with as a teen. I Planned to give Truist a try however this branch..the manager in particular is rude and need addressing. She could be knowledgeable which is not in question but compassion and service go a long way in a competitive industry. I would suggest looking at other banks that care about patrons

I don't know why this branch is so unprofessional. There is hardly anyone there working & the 1 or 2 that are there are rude, impatient, & have an awful attitude. These past few days I have purposely visited 2 other branches: 1 on midlothian in front of Chicken Fiesta & the other on Jefferson Davis Hwy. (Now Richmond Hwy). The staff at both those locations were friendly, polite, & helpful.

I hate this branch. It’s Friday and it’s always 1 teller. While 2 are doing something else but never helping the line. It’s so stupid. Waste my whole lunch. I closed my account today. Going to Chase.

I had an appointment today to discuss a complicated banking issue. My grandmother and I met with Taylor who was at the front desk. Taylor proceeded to tell us that we needed to have a different family business practice while she did not know our family struggles for the better part of the year. She also said the local branch could not support setting up the money account through video conference for accessibility from a state without a Truist branch but it could be done online. Come to find out upon following her advice, it cannot be set up from New York. I have a screen shot to prove this is not possible. I'm hopeful her advice about the money account and transfers from checking without a surcharge prove to be true, but I'm finding advice from Truist staff does not pan out to be the “truist” in practice. The worst thing that Taylor said to me and my 91 year grandmother today was “you guys are making this very complicated for yourselves”. This is a very judgemental statement completely devoid of any empathy or grace for a very difficult situation that many human families face. If I were the manager of this branch, I would question whether Taylor has the aptitude for a public facing role in the company.

I belong to a civic organization and we have our 3 checking accounts with SunTrust. Our new Treasurer and I arrived at the branch to put her on the signature card and were told we could not do it because there is no manager present and that the manager may not be present during the week. Because of our jobs, we are only able to come to the bank branch on Friday afternoons about 5:30 and on Saturday mornings. Your bank is not accommodating for working people. How can people get their business taken care of if there needs to be a manager present and you don't have one working? This is unacceptable. I am happy I do not have my personal account there and I never will now.

I've had issues with this branches ATM many times. This last Tuesday I went there after work to deposit cash in the ATM as I frequently do, Tuesday night it was down and was unable to deposit. The next day they hit my with 7 overdraft fees! I've contacted the main office and they refunded 1! One! After speaking to this branch, they told me there is nothing they can do about it! Poor customer service, especially during these trying times. Think its time to move on from Suntrust all together. I work late and rely of functioning ATMs, they do not have these!

They need to have security lights for the ATM I have to get out of my car and it’s pitch black outside no lights anywhere besides the front doors anybody can come and rob you something needs to be done about this
