When we arrived to drop off my truck 20 min, the lone worker in the office was utterly useless. Did not seem at all interested in helping as he relayed that he was closing and that I could drop the keys in the box. When I asked where the box is located he told me in a rude tone, "follow my finger", as he pointed outside. When I asked where the truck was going, he didn't even look up at me and pointed down and isle and said all the way in the back. Customer service these days has been abysmal, and U-Haul has apparently decided that the customers at the least important factor in their business. You will soon find that the opposite is true.

The ladies on duty were very friendly and helpful and the truck was clean and operated well. Before I checked out they made sure to ask me if everything went well with my rental. I will definitely consider this location again for my next U-Haul rental need.
I do wish that the 10ft truck had an attached loading ramp. It would have been helpful.

The staff is very nice and super to work with. They made the whole rental experience very simple at both check out and check in. I would definitely rent equipment from this location again!

Beverly @ the front counter is rude, disrespectful, and ignorant. I called to get a double charge corrected and she yelled and told me not to ever rent from them again. I will be having this charge reversed. I guess I cannot read my own bank statement..........
