The kind woman that owns and works at the UHaul that we went to was a fanomonal person. We needed an appliance dolly, the UHaul computer system was down and she trusted us enough to loan it to us. I promptly returned it the following day and thanked her. Tried to pay for the use of it and she wasn't having it. Good to know that she was willing to do this for us and trusted us to get it back to her. Gives me hope for this extremely screwed up world.

I enjoyed the service of the staff at the broad street mini storage. In January of this year, I rented another uhaul from this location and used the app to check and out the uhaul. I found that process much more difficult as compared to the service of the mini storage staff this past week.
There was less to do on my end: no need for picture taking or recording the odometer, all the detailed bits of bops that can really add to the overwhelm of moving day.
Overall, very pleased to have chosen to check in with the staff. My one request is that there is a on site manager cell phone to be able to reach them while they are out of the office. We arrived at 9:30am to a sign that said something to the effect of manager in the storage facility, look for a golf cart. My partner and I drove through the site to find the manager, who was very attentive and accommodating once found. very friendly and personable, made sure our rented moving blankets and dolly were all set.

I went around noon on September 9th, and I had some of the best customer service I've ever had. I didn't catch her name, but the lady that was working was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient, as I was kind of a pain in the butt. Also, the truck was very new and clean.

Only bought boxes there, but the place reeked of stale cigarette smoke and there was no parking. I paid $3.50 for a medium box and the U Haul 2 miles away has them for $1. 35. Rip off
