“Dr Ames did a great job and informative. He did a physical to see where the pain was coming from on our 8 year old whippet. She has arthritis. Also he saw a cracked molar and there was no push to have it removed, but we got an estimate and decided to go forward with a dental to remove the cracked tooth also.”
“We recently moved to Virginia and were nervous about finding a Vet as we haven’t had the best experience previously with our last vet who we had seen for years. Easily the best Veterinarian experience we have ever had! Dr. O’Malley was able to hear a description of our senior dog during our other pups wellness appointment and gave us an accurate second opinion of his condition before we even brought him in. We have since gotten him seen by her and her wonderful team and she nailed the diagnosis that she originally mentioned in our initial conversation. She is thorough, exceptionally professional and compassionate. Her team took the time to interact with our babies to make them comfortable and were amazing with snuggling them while they were getting vaccines! All three of our babies have found a vet and we couldn’t be more excited!”

“I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Michael Higginbotham and his team during my visit for my dog. Dr. Higginbotham was extremely helpful, took the time to thoroughly explain everything, and clearly demonstrated his expertise in the field. He made me feel confident and comfortable with my dogs MRI results and provided an accurate diagnosis. He even showed me the MRI images and pointed out the specific issues, which was very reassuring. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated the care and attention my dog received while there. Although he wasn’t able to perform one of the optional treatments himself, he recommended an oncologist who may be able to help my dog further.
While the services were expensive, I can confidently say it was well worth it for the professional care and the peace of mind from finally getting the correct diagnosis. His assistant was kind and caring, and the front desk staff was attentive and welcoming. I highly recommend this veterinary office for anyone in need of specialized care for their pet.”

Ashton has been working with my reactive dog weekly for 9+ months to get him comfortable receiving care. “We came to this clinic after a few negative interactions with a past provider. The clinic is clean and modern, if somewhat unassuming from the exterior. The lobby is spacious and calm, with lots of room to sit. The front-end staff were friendly and helpful, and quickly had us set-up in an exam room. This room was wonderful, with soft music and calm, soothing colors. My cat, despite her anxiety at the vet, fell right asleep while we waited.
The real highlights of the trip, however, were Dr. Edwards and his technician (whose name was either Carolina or Claire - regardless, all of the techs we interacted with were amazingly kind and professional). Dr. Edwards was a ray of light in a rather gloomy situation. He was so kind, patient, and sweet to my cat.
I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking veterinary care. The prices are slightly higher than other clinics, but the superb service makes them more than worth it.”

“Having been very disappointed with our previous Vet, we received a recommendation from Veterinary Vision Specialist for Lucks Lane Veterinary Care. Their service was excellent and the technician, Jake was very knowledgeable. Daisy is a difficult Standard Poodle, but they handled her like she was the most gentle dog ever! The costs were very reasonable. We are moving all 4 of our babies to Lucks Lane veterinary care.”
“I’ve considered taking my cat to a different vet a few times where I know it would be slightly cheaper, but every time I take him back to fan vet I’m so glad I did. The front desk staff are great and the vet techs are phenomenal. They are so gentle with my cat and sweet talk him just like he’s their own. If I didn’t know any better I’d think I had the world’s cutest cat! But I’m sure they tell everyone their cat’s the cutest ;) The doctors are calm and knowledgeable. “My dog had a seizure a year ago, so I switched my grooming to this veterinary hospital which also offers grooming. The Groomer consistently does a good job. The vet took an interest in my senior dog and prompted me to take him to a heart specialist to better treat his condition. That advice will probably add another year to his life and has improved the quality of his life.”

My dog is currently seeing Dr. Miller and she has been a wonderful resource in his care. She first found his cancer and made sure to help us quickly get in contact with a great oncologist.
