They closed the pharmacy for 3 DAYS for New Years! Completely ridiculous. Hope they enjoy the time off while all of their customers go without their medication.

I'm never giving this location my business again. We've been with them for 12 years and it's gotten worse and worse since covid. Today I waited on the phone for 2 hours to talk to a pharmacist about contacting my mail order pharmacy to have my script transferred and when I finally got through they said they were too backed up and couldn't help me and to call back in an hour. When I explained that I had already waited for two hours and asked if they really could help me, they said, "I'm sorry, can we help you with anything else?" Don't waste your time or your life. It's my daughter's 12 birthday today.

The pharmacy is horrible. Not enough staff, they are closed all the time and you can never get through via the phones. They also close whenever they feel like it and close for days. It's always a challenge to get try to get meds.

I don’t recommend this Walgreens pharmacy because it is chronically short staffed, closed early, or the drive-thru is closed due to staffing. They are now closed weekends, too. The staff seem burned out & are often kind of short with customers. I don’t really blame the staff though, this is probably a Walgreens issue related to insufficient wages or benefits. I think pharmacists are also leaving the field because insurance companies are awful.

This is the second time I placed my prescriptions in for delivery. The first time was supposed to arrive within 2 days. After calling the pharmacy over and over I was told FedEx had not picked it up but they would go out that day. A week went by and I picked up the medicine. I had another order this past Friday. Ordered same day delivery. It's now Monday and I picked up my medicine. Coming in is a pain as there is always a 30 minute wait. Everyone is rude. I would use another pharmacy

Been using this store since 2019. The last three times were dicey. Get there. Pharmacy closed. Mix-up with prescriptions. Their website stinks. They are awfully understaffed and the mixup of almost sent me to the hospital three times since June. You never know whether you're gonna be able to get your prescription or not

Do not send your prescriptions to this pharmacy. They have the worst customer service and they do not care. I went to pick up my mother’s medication and was in the drive thru lane at 6:45 pm with one car ahead of me and they closed at 7. At 7:02, they put all their pharmacist not on duty signs up, covered the window completely up with cardboard. Then, they opened the draw and handed the car in front of me their package. That was rude and f’d up. Oh the kicker is, they are closed on Saturday and Sunday now. Taking our business elsewhere.

I go there once every 3 months to refill my 90 day scripts. They were great a few years ago when I started going but the last couple of times were questionable at best. There are always issues with filling scripts within 24 hours. They seem to be closed more than they're open due to "staffing issues" lasting over 7 months which tells me they clearly aren't paying staff competitive wages leading them to go elsewhere resulting in their apparent lack of staff. I go there today(Friday) at 7:10pm and they're closed. I figured okay, I'll just come back tomorrow, but nope, they are now closed on Saturday and Sunday. No heads up or anything. Now I'm going without my medication this weekend.. I don't know if this is an issue with this location or with the company as a whole but how can you run a business like this?

I just switched pharmacies. They are closed on weekends now & shut at 5 on week days. AND they regularly will put a sign up saying the drive thru is closed due to lack of staff. Takes about 15-25 mins per car in the drive thru. Everyone is always in the worst mood here. Absolutely horrible location.

If your store closes at 11 and is advertised EVERYWHERE that it does, doors should not be locked at 10:15.

Pharmacy went out of their way to not be helpful, on Walgreens website it says you can get a new medication physical vaccine card if yours is damaged/destroyed and they refused to give me one and then told me they have no record of my vaccine even after I showed them on the Walgreens app and showed my QR code - not sure what they gain from this but it was incredibly frustrating and it felt like they went out of their way to be rude and condescending about it

The pharmacy operations manager is ghetto and rude all the pharmacy employees talk behind customers back.Lisa is the only professional one there and when they walk away and they have their phones and Bluetooth in their pockets when discussing phi and the store manager Brandon Simmons holds no accountability for his actions or his employees spreading private phi he flirts with all the female employees makes inappropriate comments to employees and text and snapchats them to get what he wants done then will drop you when you dont! Nasty walgreens with roaches crawling in the pharmacy and break room! Glad I was able to get my license and get out of that store!!

a customer service associate named Mary Carson yelled at me over the phone for asking if you guys had received my prescription. I asked to speak to her manager and she hung up on me. completely awful girl she is

I have been getting scripts here for years. Their systems cannot work properly on autorefills as you cannot seem to turn them off (tried 3 different ways). I go tonight at 8PM. Hours are set to close at 9PM. Window is closed so I go in. They look at me as I walk up and say we closed 3 minutes ago. If you are not going to stay open for your posted hours, here is a novel idea, change them. I worked retail years ago and we NEVER closed early. We even had to stay late if there were customers. Sure you want to go home when your shift ends but I cant tell you how many times I had to keep working after my schedule. I have no sympathy. This seems to have become the norm, so you know what? I am pulling my scripts out. Only one person, but thats some money you guys lose.
