Paid $250 for front brakes to be changed. I brought the pads and caliper. The mechanic forgot to bleed the brakes after replacing the pads and now the pedal goes straight to the floor. I wouldn’t recommend service here and no one is returning my calls regarding a refund.

I couldn’t have ask for a better experience. I did my application online, got approved, when in the same day and walked out with a new car. Betty was phenomenal… the mechanics was awesome. I would definitely recommend to any one looking for a car. Make sure you ask for Betty. And I love my car!!

The general manager there does an outstanding job on making everyone feels welcome her partner in crime Jim goes beyond and above all expectations and needs to provide A+ service and I love the lady who speaks Spanish and translates everything with passion and ease there's one person who I feel likes to strong arm and scam there way to get deals or extra money but that's just my opinion

Would never recommend this unorganized, unprofessional place of so called business! After traveling 3.75 hours to pick up an S10 that my buddy has called three times for and confirmed pickup ( cash in hand btw ). We go inside, tell them who we are and ready to pick the S10 up they said “ oh we thought you are here for the Ford, the S10 has a bad thermostat and overheats “, btw in the descriptions it says it’s a 5 speed only to find out it’s an automatic! So instead of them handling it professionally they joke about it! We try to shop small businesses, and hope you do aswell just don’t shop #YesAuto! The whole experience is a disappointment

They welcome you without ANY pressure or hassle. They really do care and will work with you as much as they can. Its so Nice to see such a well managed, and customer friendly, family owed business. Aymund helped me get my car on Monday and he is a complete god send!! everyone there is so nice and helpful. I’m young and still trying to build my credit and he got me an amazing deal and amazing car 10/10 this is the place to go!!!

Anyeli was super informative and patient with my situation! I had reached a road block with getting a new vehicle but they were able to work with me and Anyeli’s ability to present different options was really appreciated :) I would definitely recommend Yes Auto - I walked out with a car in less than an hour and a half!
