Dropped my bike off beginning of November. It's now the middle of January. I have had 1 phone conversation. Went down there on the 10th. Shop was closed. I've left multiple messages to set up a time to come get it. I've had no response. It's been 2 months I need my bike back. Review may go up after I receive my bike.

Super people, Brad and CJ. We all will Missing Bird and his wife but the new owner and staff will have 'big shoes'to fill following Birds act. The business appears to be doing a bang up job with their new operation. The shop offers 'big' engine bikes and parts for sale. Their repair shop is also available when you might need service. Hive them a call.

Absolutely the best! I've been getting the run around in Danville all summer. Finally found out about Brad and Birds Cycle. Got me right in and started on my bike the next day. Very good communication and keeping me updated. Prices are good! Very knowledgeable and great to deal with! I can't thank them enough.Services: Carburetor cleaning

I took my zx14 there to put a kick stand, extension blocks, chain, and lowering links, and a back tire. According to the manual it's a 3 to 4 hour job. My bike was there for 3 weeks. My wife called on several occasions to check on the progress of the work, she was told that the bike was done but was waiting on the welder to weld the extension blocks. All lies, the bike was never touched other than to put it inside the shop. I'm really disappointed in this cycle shop! I "DO NOT RECOMMEND" Bird's Cycle Shop for anything pertaining to a motorcycle. On the bright side, if you need free storage, you can take your bike there for a light bulb change and they'll keep it all winter for you!
