“I want to give a big shoutout to Tractor Supply for consistently having an outstanding team. I don’t know who’s responsible for hiring, but they always seem to bring in respectful, helpful people who genuinely want to assist customers.
This past Saturday, I stopped in to pick up salt and needed help figuring out where it was. An employee didn’t just point me in the right direction. He walked me out to where it was stored, helped me load it up, and did it all even while being called away for other things. What really stood out was his attitude. He was eager to help and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him or asking for too much.
That kind of service is getting rare these days, and it’s something Tractor Supply should be proud of. Experiences like that are exactly why I keep coming back.”
“Try to get help with a special purchase is always a hassle until they (employees) find the right person to deal with what you are there for then you are usually ok but getting to that person (usually a manager) is very frustrating.”
