Many find it a great place with reasonable gas, Wi-Fi, a dining area, and friendly, fast customer service from a hard-working staff. The location is often described as clean, well-stocked, well-staffed, welcoming, and a favorite stop. However, experiences vary. Some note it can be way too busy, leading to waits for fuel. On occasion, the restrooms have been found filthy and out of supplies, and the store can seem dirty when super busy. There is also a mention of portion sizes for made-to-order food sometimes being disappointingly small. It is a very busy location along the interstate.
The Ridgeway sheetz is a great store in a good location and has good employees are most favorite employee is 100% without a doubt Miss Joy she is so sweet always smiling.
