Do not take your pets to pet vet @ tractor supply they will run test on your pets and 9 times out of 10 they will say your pet has something going on.they are in cahoots other veterinarians in your area and recommend you go see them for that specific issue.

The overall experience at this location was tainted by the services of the store manager Harvey McCain, his receiving dock supervisor by the name of Amy or Amand(who is a liar) and the district manager by the name of Travis. I’ve been in anI’ve been in a bit of a quarrel with trying to do business and jobs with this location buy, apparently you can get your money played with and be trespassed from This place without any legitimate reason. Im sure it’s because the store manager had an issue with me going above him to clarify the things that his own company said that he was doing wrong so he worked extra Hard to defame my character. Even though I had a paper trail and documented everything, I’m Apparently, the one that’s in the wrong. It’s sickening the way that I was treated Because the store manager Harvey has such a because the store manager Harvey has such a personal issue with me and the way that they worked against me instead of just solving the issue which was definitely simple. If you like having the police involved for simple matters; being lied on, false police reports and things being done without an explanation being given, this is definitely the store for you. It’s been a few weeks and I still Haven’t gotten a direct answer for anything that has transpired just a formal trespass and a call to try to conflict my accounts. This place is terrible for Business I would encourage you to go the other way or right past this place when you’re traveling down Greensboro Road in Ridgeway, Virginia

One of the staff members were extremely rude to me. She was behind the counter (black hair and bangs) I approached her and went to ask her a question (
I was going to ask where the buggies were) she cut me off before I even got one word out and said “I’m on break” so I said oh and she said “ yea” and waved me off. So then I continue to ask my question because regardless if you were on break or not you don’t treat people like that when working with the public also while standing at the counter in uniform. Girl if you hate your job tht bad then you should get another job☺️

This is a good Tractor Supply. It is well run, clean and packed full of all sorts of animal, farm and clothing related items. It is a relatively small TSC and it is very cramped inside, especially in the clothing department. You could not get a buggy through there. Customer service is an A+ though as they are so friendly and helpful here!
Well above average but its compactness hampers it a bit.

Its a little tricky to get in here. The selection isn't quite as good as similar stores of this kind. Store looked ok. This place shined in customer service. The guy that help me was fantactic.

Words could not describe how amazing and fun my experience at tractor supply. Lilia was such a wonderful help!!! If I could give Tractor Supply a 10 star,I would! ??? Very clean and recovered ?

I've delivered to a lot of Tractor Supply stores and this one is by far my favorite. Their dock is a little wonky but they're very cool about it. The guy who unloaded me (sorry, bro, didn't get your name) was super chill, very fast and left my trailer spotless. Great store

This store has awesome employees. The tall gentleman, think he’s a manager, loaded 20 big bags of dirt for me. While we laughed and carried on about dogs. He is always helpful, friendly, and smiling. I would drive past every other tractor supply store to go to this one. Highly recommend for those that appreciate customer service that is top notch. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.

After an extremely cold night. My wife and I realized we needed propane for our RV tanks. We arrived at tractor supply for propane Refill at approximately 12:10 P.m. after a 20 minute wait, an associate came out and informed us that the only person in the store that could fill propane was busy unloading a truck. We left the store without propane in search of someone that would help us. I’m glad to know the associates at Rural King were able to prioritize my family over unloading a truck.

The customer service stinks. Went in and waited for a cashier, I finally went looking for one. An off duty employee came up to check us out. We purchased 2 -200# tubs. Went to the parking lot to wait to be loaded, and no one came to assist. Went back inside only to find out the tow motor was broken down and no one was coming to load. Got a refund and asked to speak to the manager, and she never came up front. Rural King is less than 5 minutes away, so I am taking my business there.
