I went in there tonight and I purchased three mountain dew products 12-packs they had a sale going on from April 6th I purchased three 12-packs of mountain dew code Red and I purchase 1. 12 pack of 7UP. Told the manager lady that it did not give me my discount she act like it was a big deal to make it right. You're the manager. It's your job. If you don't want to be at work don't come to work let somebody else that wants to do the job right do it right I paid $40 when it should have only been $12 for the three 12-packs the manager here is sorry. No customer service she's rude. She apparently hates her job so she makes Dollar general look bad false advertisement as a promotion and does not give it to me. What is the deal with this why have a promotion if I can't get it.. especially if I purchased what it said to purchase and you would not give it to me. Something is going to be done. I'm going to corporate. But that's okay I'm a mobile mechanic if you ever call me prices will be extra right for you... Better keep your car in Tip-Top condition.. you need to take down your three for $12 if you're not going to let people have it especially when they purchase Pepsi product and the promotions for Pepsi product do you not know how to read how do you become manager

I do have a question, why are your products for people of color behind the register? Seems a little racist.honey people of all color steal.

This is a very, very clean Dollar General. It's well stocked, very spacious, and is packed full of items to buy and look at. The staff seem friendly and knowledgeable, and all in all, it was a great visit.
Highly recommended!

Store isn’t anything but a circus with a ring leader (manager) that doesn’t know her butt from her elbow. Very hostile work environment. The manager shouldn’t be in the position she’s in. She doesn’t know how to talk to customers or coworkers. The store’s failure to keep employees is nothing but a product of her poor managerial skills and inadequate leadership.

I used to love this store. But lately, not so much.
I am currently sitting in the parking lot. It's 8:15 am. Doors locked, no employees here. The signs say open at 8 am. Website says they are open. There are other customers waiting in their cars and there's a Dollar General delivery truck here with the driver sitting on the sidewalk waiting.

I was told this place needed help bad real bad I go to apply I’m asked to put in my application I do so first time it’s the wrong one I do it again twice to ensure the position I applied for goes through I get a call today surprise not only the spot I applied for I was denied I’m also gonna get paid a dollar less because I was offered a lower position I was turned down for what I applied for and also have to put my application in again…..they don’t seem like they really need help they have all the time in the word to wait an deny but they need help? What a terrible decision made I work like hell an work circles around most people who spend their time on their phone at work I can’t describe how disappointed I am I need work they need help why hold that up but apparently they don’t need help that bad so I guess another application more waiting at this point feeling like I’m not good enough as always I don’t even want the job but I need it oh joy some kid got the spot I wanted before me because they acted like a bubbly psychopath in their interview greeeeat I read reviews about poor customer service having to yell for help if it’s that short why was I turned down and it’s part time to barely even worth it how many times does one gotta put in a application this is insane

All the charcoal has been wet that they are selling outside. You can tell by looking at all the wrappers. Also, they lied, saying their bathrooms are broken.

I took 10 dollars in quarters in the manager wouldn't take it she said she weighed it and it was8 dollars and 50 cents I counted it twice it was right she embarrass me in front of a person in the store for no reason my accounting was right she told me to take me to Bank like I was lying to her and trying to take from the store I will not back to that store I was only trying to bring change in to help the store I'd heard they needed change I won't do it again

I used to go to this store a couple times a week. Ever since the new manager arrive the store is awful. In the last two weeks I have stopped three times and they are closed. Today they were closed on a Saturday evening, which you would think would be a busy time. What good is the store if they are not going to be open when they say they are supposed to be. There have been times when they were open and there was no one at the register to check customers out. One of us would have to yell for someone that works there to come and check out the customers. I don't know whats going on there but something needs to change or I will stop shopping there.

Usually come to this store because it's close to where we live but they were CLOSED TODAY with a ton of cars parked on the side of the building. I'd like to know what's going on with the employees not opening the store.
