A decent location as it is in Crystal Spring. The employees were friendly. The only thing is there were some homeless hanging outside the store loitering which made it a little uncomfortable. Got the Slurpee and the pizza and both tasted good.

This place is getting worse by the day. The beer selection seems slimmer every time I go in. The floors are gross. It’s just an overall dirty place. It doesn’t seem to be managed very well.

Well, we're do I start. First I'll say this we have gone to this 7 11 for several years now met all the employees and never had a problem here. Well, until now see they got this new female employee and she must think because she isn't from here she does what she wants . I'm not the only one complaining about her either others complain she short them money has bad attitude and etc. Today August 30 around 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm she showed her colors the snaggle tooth crack head from west Virginia needs to go back to that area . She can't get work there and came here. If she doesn't get fired I won't be back and I guarantee others won't either. That 7 11 will go down hill if they keep her. That would be sad news because like I said no one has ever caused problems for us there or anything. We go there everyday. I was looking forward to giving this one a good rating until now

I have been coming here for years now. more recently the past 3 years and i have only noticed one good employee which is a older white lady at night. She is friendly helpful and bakes cookies fresh. I usually come at night and no hot food is out expect the roller station which god knows how long its been on that for. and if pizza or burgers is available at that time its dried out bad!! Tonight i went in 8/5/2023 new guy at register did not say a word to me after asking him 2 questions. the cookies i got were hard and i have never had hard cookies like that before. The staff and quality has dropped so bad i don't even bother i just go to cave spring which i have also been going to for years and years and never had any issues i would like to go to this location more often but i can just expect bad service and hard food.

The women who works overnight *Chelsea* has got to be one of the coolest ever. With people like her working 711 will take over the world!! Way to go 7-11 for keeping it ? and having people like this on your work force!! ? sheetz huh what?? Pfftt

I used to really coming here. Have no clue what has happened to the standard of this place. I don't even like coming here anymore. Food is always old as hell and get never get them to answer the phone.

The employee working tonight was extremely rude and condescending. I've worked service jobs for years so to say I'm forgiving of bad service is an understatement, but this woman was just plain awful. Usually I've had nothing but good experiences here but this woman was so rude that I left without making my purchase and even as I was leaving continued to be rude and condescending. I know finding employees is hard right now but you guys need to do better.
