Five stars all the way around! The guys at AAMCO Roanoke got my car in and completed super fast. As a busy business owner and mom, that is so important to me! My Volkswagen atlas drives so much better now! They took all of the headache of working with my warranty off of me and returned my car fixed and as clean as I dropped it off. I cannot recommend them more! Their quick and professional service will always have my business!

Excellent everything! Customer service is kind, respectful, and among the best and they take care to keep you informed and educated. I had my 2014 sentra come in on Thursday, and that next week on Monday it was ready after a full trans swap. I expected it to be longer given the CVT complexity, which would’ve been fine, but these guys were great and called me to let me know what was going on every step of the way. You can basically tell that they take their work in the shop seriously. Very thankful for AAMCO today.

Highly recommend. The service manager JT was very knowledgeable and helpful. Brought my daughter's Outback in, and was repaired in just a few days. Facility was super clean and organized. Price was more than fair, and I'm grateful for the good work and complete professionalism all around. THANK YOU!

4months, all plugs are tapped or zip tied in place, and transfer case leaks. 👌 Transmission shifts good though lol..

I'd give them zero stars if I could. They put a $4500 transmission in my truck that lasted less than a year. It is out of warranty by a couple thousand miles.
Update: When I called them to check on the warranty, JT told me that I was out of warranty but I could bring it down there and they could look at it. I asked, if I did indeed need a new transmission would I be out of warranty. He replied yes you are out of warranty, but at the very least, to help me out, they might be able to be competitive against the shop that currently has my truck. So essentially, after screwing me out of 4500 bucks, they want me to bring it back to them so they can get me for another 4500.
So the response from Pete, below, is a complete lie. I was told At least twice, that I was out of warranty. Pete is trying to re-define what "out of warranty" means.
I still remember the day I took my truck there less than a year ago, a friend of mine who has been a mechanic in the area for 20+ years told me I was going to regret it & that everyone in the automotive industry knows these guys are shady. Boy was he right.
