I have called Charles with A&D Towing on several occasions to get junk Vehicles out of, or off of, properties I have been hired to do work at. Some of them have been tricky extrications. They were always done flawlessly and quickly. I highly recommend these guys!

I called for assistance and they did not leave me hanging, quick to answer the call, arrive on site and got me pulled out quickly with no damage to my vehicle. Price was reasonable. Very friendly staff

Charles was great!! I got in a wreck and I was at fault but Charles was still able to get the tow bill covered by insurance and fix my van!

I was traveling for work and broke down on the interstate due to a blown hose, not only did they get me in immediately, but the even sourced the parts I needed in less than an hour and got me back on the road in less than 3. Absolute life savers for my work week. Fast, professional,, reasonably priced for a rush request, and super flexible to work with me on the urgency after I explained my situation. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would.

I came in with an emergency as coming from out of state and they said my vehicle would be looked at in an about an hour,when I kept looking outside from the lobby more vehicles kept pulling up and I questioned the receptionist TWICE and the first time she said "He will be with you shortly." Then another 20 minutes or so pass and it has been more than an hour and there was even more cars in the garage;I yet again get up and the receptionist and she questioned me asking if I had an appointment and I told the manager that we were a walk in...once I told her we walked in and wasted over an hour of my time without saying how busy they were that day. The receptionist said after going up to her 'There are a ton of other shops in the area you could go to,have a nice day.' Those people would have kept me there all day if I kept not asking them how long it would take!

I pulled up to the right place at the right time! I had a bolt in my tire and was at a dead end everywhere I called was closed, even called pulled up to a place that were closed. I called A&D no answer, however I was able to see the shop from where I was so I hurried up n drove there. All I’m going to say is Charles went over and beyond to help me even tho he was in the mist of doing other work. Charles invited me to come back to get my car inspected I have been trying to get that done but with my work schedule it makes it so hard. I truly thank you for your grace! You are amazing Charles🥰🥰🥰

Great service !! The name of your company truly suits the service you provide. You came right out to tow our vehicle with a fast response time. Although your shop was very busy at the time, you got back the next day with your estimate, and completed the repair the next day. Very honest pricing you are a very sincere person thank you Charles. I will refer all my friends and family as you are unlike most other places I've been to in the past for repairs.

My axle and sway bar broke at a busy intersection and they came within an hour! My car was done in 1 day and the price was unbeatable! Definitely recommend Charles and his crew. The tow was also local and CHEAP!

I broke down on Orange Ave, at the business part. Charles answered quickly and got my car towed ASAP! Then bought the car because it wasn't worth fixing for me. Great family owned businesses!!

I went to get my car check to see what was wrong. i thought that the price for a diagnosis was a bit expensive but they didn't just inspect it they also balance the tires and fix the problem on my tires. Thank you!

Stranded in Roanoke 200 miles from home with a failed fuel pump, and Michelle and Charles at Affordable treated me like family. They diagnosed the problem immediately, communicated throughout the process, and had me back on the road quickly at a fair price. I highly recommend this shop. Great service, great people!
