After we had a flat tire, we were told to go exchange Cars at Roanoke airport. They didn't have an SUV with GPS in our price class so we got a free upgrade. Very friendly!

Customer Service representative was rude and hung up the phone while I was trying to ask a question. She was very short during the conversation and did not introduce herself at the beginning of the call. She refused to answer any of my questions. I missed my flight and she said she couldn’t tell me if my car would still be available unless I had an exact time of arrival for that day.

The service was quick and great. I booked the flight online through Allegiant and I added the Alamo rental car with it. The price online was like $178 for the car but when I arrived at the rental car desk to pick up the car I was charged an additional $45. Great experience though! And I WOULD rent from them in the future. They even placed a packaged Clorox disinfectant wipe in the car so I could wipe it down before using the car.

I placed a reservation for a rental 3 weeks before my trip. I showed up to pick up my rental and no one was at the counter. I stood around for a good 30 minutes or so before an airport officer came to me and asked what was going on, I explained and he tried to figure it out to no avail. Walked down a few kiosks to enterprise as it’s a sister company and they said they could not honor the reservation with Alamo but they would be happy to help. I ended up getting a lesser class car for more money but it’s ok because they were super helpful and the experience was good all the way around from enterprise.

I placed a reservation on line but I wanted to communicate with someone on the phone to communicate that my son will be there and not me. They will not answer the phone or there is a serious phone issue.

So I got a rental car from Alamo, well the inspection sticker was 4 months out of date. Police dont like it when your car is that far out of date and they will let you know. Luckily its a rental so i wouldn't be resposible. I called Alamo and let them know and they said someone would call me and they never did. So I called back and was told that the manager who was going to call me back didn't because they said the car was not out of date. So now I'm a liar, well I told them that I have a picture and they said someone would call and well they didn't. So they don't care about my safety and they called me a liar. If someone would have called me back I wouldn't have had to write this review. So beware of Alamo they seem a little shady to me. Btw i rented the car on the 13th of September and the sticker is May of 19

Very courteous staff at the desk. The car was ready when I arrived at CLT. Car was clean, ran good. The online check in I will recommend to anyone, it cuts about 20 to 25 minutes from the check in process.

Can't think of anything that didn't go well. Truck was great, price was good and I had no problems at check in or drop off. They emailed my receipt, Alamo had friendly staff and both check in and drop off lasted less than 5 minutes each.

CARS SMELL OF CIGARETTES!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Asked to change to another vehicle in same category and was told we cannot give you a free upgrade as if I asked for an upgrade???? Piece of advice customer service wins you loyalty.
