I live 2 hours away! I’ve been looking for a certain style of jeans. After I looked at the jeans on display, I folded them back. Yes, it was 7:45 pm but mall closes at 8. Two of the girls working, I say girls because they are immature they proceeded to make faces and roll their eyes at one another as if they were irritated we were in there. I did tell my entire group to get out because I was will not shop at a place where we are talked about on walkie talkies! Very unprofessional won’t be back!

First time going to this american eagle, i was with a small group of friends, i was looking at some dresses for my upcoming beach trip, casually sorting through the options to find my size on a particular dress that had sparked my interest, and one of the employees proceeded to go over her walkie talkie and say that we were making her “all types of nervous” which was straight up rude and uncalled for. we weren’t being loud or weird we were simply browsing for clothes. please do not visit this location unless you want to be hate crimed!

I'm so glad this store made it to Roanoke! They have great, stylish clothing for an affordable price. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Everytime I visit all the employees are working hard to keep the store looking pristine but always stop what they are doing to help. You can tell by the way everyone works so hard that they love their jobs and it shows!

I had such a great experience here today! Heather and another guy there (didn’t get his name) was amazing! They made sure that I was taken care of, and looked for every possible option that would fit. I am plus size and a little bigger than what they carried in store, however, they found a pair that would fit that would go perfectly with my outfit tonight. I’m not too good with fashion, and Heather gave me some very great tips. I’ve never been able to wear American eagle, so I’m proud to say I’m finally an owner of jean shorts thanks to Heather. I will definitely be shopping again in store and online! There is so much selection for plus size, and I’m so proud of American eagle for their selection! I advise you if you’re plus size, before you go online, go in store and check out what type of stretch works for you in different sizes. Thank you again!
