I also love that you can grill at the townhomes—it makes weekends so much fun. The neighborhood feels very safe, and anytime we’ve had an issue, management has been quick to help out.”

“Hands down the best apartments I've lived in. Erin and the rest of the staff really care about the property and the residents, to the point where you immediately feel at home. The common areas are always super clean, the bike garage and the gym are amazing. The location is also walking distance to downtown Roanoke, but it's enough out of the way that it's still really quiet. Right by the greenway. Perfect for people with pets, nature lovers, and active people.”

“I cannot say enough positive things about Honeywood. As a graduate student, I am confused reading other similar reviews. The truth is, this is just about the safest, nicest, and affordable apartment complex you can find, and the location is wonderful. I am grateful for the staff here, they truly look out for me and I feel that they go above and beyond to keep residents happy.
It is very quiet here, perfect for studying or having some peaceful relaxation time by the pool. You can definitely hear footsteps/creaking if you live on the lower floors, as with most other apartments, so pick a top floor unit if that is a problem for you.
I haven’t even seen more than a couple of teeny bugs in the whole year I have lived here. I am grateful to live in such a beautiful, clean, safe place!”
