Man went to the wrong house, left and would not answer his phone. If you get him via insurance contact them and get a different person.

Worst in communicating, no respect for time. We reached out many times and over 2 months with still no response to finally fix our appliances, after he came and said he can do it. Completely ghosted us. Find someone else to do your job.

Completely satisfied; Gene knew the problem, had the part available and was able to fix it under an hour. True professionals are hard to find - but now have an appliance repair service we can depend on. Gene fixed our side-by-side fridge; thankfully we hadn't thrown in the towel and purchased a new one yet.
