He’s the best out there. I am praying he doesn’t retire. Not sure why all the negative reviews. Gene is the best there is and knows what he’s doing. I highly recommend!

Gene is the best appliance repair guy we’ve ever worked with. I think some of the bad reviews are because he tends to not bring on new clients. Yes he has that much repeat business.
He has always called me back when I’ve left a message. He’s affordable. Like another reviewer, I hope he never retires.

Completely satisfied; Gene knew the problem, had the part available and was able to fix it under an hour. True professionals are hard to find - but now have an appliance repair service we can depend on. Gene fixed our side-by-side fridge; thankfully we hadn't thrown in the towel and purchased a new one yet.
