Got us in when no one else could. Have a 11 year old boy not embarrassed to smile now. It took a long time but very appreciative of the staff making sure he was taken care of.

This is the worst dental office I’ve ever been too. The level of incompetence is beyond belief. I Do not recommend. They try to force me into procedures I didn’t want. Just wanted a simple cleaning! I couldn’t get that.Plus they wanted me to charge me extremely high dentals bills after the dental insurance payment.Waited 2 hours and still didn’t get me teeth cleaned. Never again!!!!!

The person who actually deep cleaned my teeth was amazing! As soon as I walked in the room and sat down, she asked if what kind of music I’d like to listen to so I could be more comfortable. I have never been asked that at a dentist office before. AND she checked in with me while working on my teeth if I felt pain. She was really thorough and friendly! I wish I remembered her name, but I give this woman 5/5 stars!

The staff is awesome. From the first person I saw walking in, to the dentist herself. They're so helpful and understanding. I was extremely stressed about my procedure due to a bad experience, they had a lot of patience and my procedure was quick and they made me as comfortable as possible. Even after the procedure they've been so helpful. I really appreciate this office.

As a truck driver, it is hard to make appointments. I set an appointment and the day before my appointment, I got a call. I needed to confirm the appointment and give my insurance information. I told the lady I was going to be done driving in 30 minutes and I would call back. I called and left 2 messages. No one called me back and my appointment was canceled. Very unprofessional.

I originally posted a 5 star review after my initial visit here because the staff were very friendly and it seemed like they knew what they were doing. Saying this, it’s nothing against the staff but I’ve had a terrible experience here now and I will not be coming back to this place. I was scheduled for my molars to be extracted and I come in yesterday to get them done, I get all numbed up and the temp dentist that was there filling in told me that he wouldn’t do my extractions because I should get them removed with my wisdom teeth then did some fillings instead. He told me I was originally misinformed and on top of these things (there is more I don’t feel like going into) he was complaining to the DA about Aspen dental while he was doing my fillings which made me obviously extremely uncomfortable. Before I was sent back for my extractions I had paid for them with my care credit card just to not even get them done. So I definitely do not recommend this place.

The staff wad friendly and personable. Dental assistant was polite and professional. Hygienist demonstrated teamwork while working with Dental Assistant. The Dentist was well informed by assistant, hygienist concerning patient. The dentist gave her prognosis to the patient. The Office Manager and the receptionist made me feel comfortable and at ease. I had a very pleasant experience.

Aspen Dental saved me and had my teeth within 3 weeks of my first apartment. Lots of work done by skilled, articulate scholars as I am a scholar myself ?????️, so I can recognize. Megan, Desiree and All staff were well trained and treated me with dignity; we laughed and I enjoyed participating and the ladies did everything I asked with a smile ?. Now I'm smiling after a year of suffering and being sent to different dentists months between appointments. I could express my anguish of the way I was misled by other dentists and Anthem Medicare put me through hell.I'm so lucky ????? I finally found professionals at Aspen Dental at Valley View in Roanoke VA.

UPDATE: These guys are working hard to rectify the problem. I really credit the office manager for helping me so much. Now I'm being refunded the cost of the crown I lost within 7 months and my partial denture is being adjusted, actually remade for free. So I am happy with this ending as of now. I will also say Raquel that works there is such a lovely and lively soul. She is absolutely a real asset to this business! So unhappy. I will start by saying that everyone in the office has been awesome EXCEPT the dentist and a receptionist who has since been let go. I went for an evaluation and estimate on dentures. I was told that I could be fitted with partial dentures and given a price. I have no insurance so everything was out of pocket or put on a care credit card. I paid $2,000. down and the rest was financed on care credit, around $2,000 - $3,000. I did have a question about one tooth I knew had had a root canal but no crown but she assured me it would hold. But another tooth needed a crown. Had a temp crown for a few weeks and when she tried to remove the temp to put in the real one, she stuck the roof of my mouth with the tweezers or whatever she uses. When I said ow what are you doing she said I had sensitive gums! Who wouldn't have sensitive gums with tweezers stuck in them. Now about 6-7 months later the crown has fallen out and when I go to have it looked at she says "yes Tina I remember you! I remember telling you if this crown fell out we would have to pull this tooth" I don't remember her telling me this but her attempt to cover her butt made her look guilty of poor decision making. Now I have to make 3 more trips to Roanoke which is 1 1/2 hours away from me and to have my partial dentures that I've spent 4-5 grand on redone at another 4-5 hundred. And NOW another tooth she decided was going to help hold my partial dentures in is either abscessed or cracked. They won't see me for two days and I'm in excruciating pain. This tooth will have to be pulled and my partial dentures will have to be amended for that as well! The Original 4-5 grand represents 4 months of my take home pay! And now more will be added to that price? How much money do you guys think someone making minimum wage has? Does anyone at Aspen dental care?

Went for the first time for a checkup and received amazing care from Desiree at the front desk, Ali the dental assistant, Stacy the Hygienist, Doctor Shivani, and last but not least Megan the consultant who made sure to set up a follow up and offered more services. The place was very clean and the wait wasn’t bad at all! Very pleased with my experience!

First of all they don't follow through with what they say they will do. They were in my net work and my insurance sent me there. After getting a collection letter I was told that the dentist makes up what ever code they feel fits and not the pay code/schedule from the insurance. What happened was tooth extraction was simply pull but they charged it as surgical. If I was ANYONE. I wouldn't use Aspen dental ever.

I called multiple times to confirm my appointment yet they didn’t want to pick up the phone. Ultimately resulted in them canceling my appointment, after I left several messages that miraculously they “didn’t get.” I showed up 30 minutes before my appointment. Lady at the front desk called me up with an attitude before I even got to the desk and was looking for a fight. Highly wouldn’t recommend people with poor customer working on your teeth, extremely uncomfortable.

Probably one of the worst dental experiences we’ve had as a family. They pretend that they are a conglomerate of dental practices but they are actually the Walmart of dental chains. Had the office in Valley View schedule our family appointments for the office in Christianburg because we needed to get the kids in before school started. Drove an hour with three kids in the car for dental exams. They only had one on their calendar there they didn’t know what to say or do even after I showed them the appointment reminders. They then did the same thing for my son there in Christianburg, scheduling an appointment for their office in Valley View. Got a call later from Valley View saying they actually didn’t have a hygienist available. This was again after receiving an appointment reminder. Needless to say we have canceled all future appointments with this company for our large family and will be looking elsewhere for dental care.

Good luck trying to get an appointment. On numerous occasions I’ve scheduled appointments 6 months in advance only to have my appointment postponed or cancelled. Terrible customer service and insurance billing. They also try to overcharge you for services not rendered. Stay away.

I have been a patient with Aspen dental for awhile with a rough start out, but on yesterday behind the storms I once experienced showed a true Rainbow!!? I had a bad tooth that needed to come out my first ? blessing was talking to Desiree Kelso who talked an walked me thru to get an appointment with reassurance to be help, second was Glenn Granger who assisted well with paperwork, answers, and reassurance as well, third was Dr Shivani Patel!!! Took time to talk to me on the phone first then when I came back to the office to confirm my appointment, she said I think I can help you now….. I said what you can pull my tooth this evening ? I had been in pain and called multiple Doctors trying to be seen, and she took time out of the end of her schedule to give me peace from all my pain!! ???? last but not least the young lady that did my X-ray and assisted Dr Patel I believe was Raquel, reassuring that I will be ok because I gag whenever getting X-rays done she was fabulous!!! Aspen Dental you showed that even though storms can come ? are just as reassuring to be a better day!!!Thank you all, teamwork makes the dream work, taking care of your patients!!
