Got my phone number. Found out i was signed up for something at $17 a month that i didn't approve. Called att to cancel it, they asked me what i pin was - THE STORE TOLD ME I DIDNT NEED A PIN. So i asked to be emailed a temp pin. She asked for the last 4 of my ss number. I gave it and she told me it was wrong. So you sign me up, give me false info, screw up my ss and then sign me up for something that i dont need. 0 stars

This is the worst service I have ever had they tell you one price and then when you get your bill its totally different price I would recommend going to t-mobile atleast there honest with you

Marquice was awesome to work with, even though they were busy and assisting others he still let me know he would be right with me which made me feel invited into the store. Marquice was new to the role but excels already right off the bat. He closed a sale to which I was hesitant on and served me very well. I’m very happy with my new phone, which I was able to get the same day.

The worst of the worst, it takes a long time to serve you, the wait time for me today was 57 minutes, terrible service, please be patient with them when you arrive at this place.

After seeing an ad I was curious and decided to go to the Valley View store to inquire about changing my service to save some money. The employees there were super nice and helpful. The store manager went above and beyond to answer questions and make my experience happy one. I’m truly grateful for my pleasant experience.

Got an iPhone & a “cheaper” monthly payment via an in-store Target promotion where a lady who worked for AT&T signed me up, etc. She was not a Target employee even though the Valley View AT&T dude insisted she was not a “normal” employee of AT&T and she uses a different “system.” When I got the phone and the bill, NOTHING matched what I was promised. I canceled the plan and tried online customer service to find out how I could return the phone. The online rep told me to take the phone to the nearest AT&T store. I tried taking it to Orange Ave and they were never open despite going during the hours listed on their door. Next, I tried Valley View where the guy told me they cannot accept returns of this nature & that I need to call the 800 number for help. He also said the chat service is not the best, it is better to call. Why have a chat if it’s not dependable? I called the number and the phone rep told me the man in the store was incorrect—that any store can take any type of AT&T return. Ultimately I was emailed a return label and have to ship the phone via UPS. Yet another hoop to jump through but finally someone helped. Very annoying when store employees and customer service reps have contradicting advice. Dude in the store was super disinterested in helping at all. It seemed very much like he chooses what to do. I will neverrrrr try AT&T again.

Cody was very knowledgeable and immediately greeted us as we walked in the door. He was professional and yet personable. My husband commented at one point that Cody was very relaxed and didn't pressure us into doing anything that we didn't want to do. He educated us on our choices and presented educated opinions when asked to do so.
I would hire him to represent my company. He offered (upsale) items but not in a back door way. He's an asset to your company.

Manager was rude and did nothing but blame the product wouldn't do a refund on product bought less then 24 hrs prior then proceeded to lock me out of NY account and had to make a whole new number and pay for another month of service
