Harry was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Will definitely come back and work with him again! The store is clean and well organized. We were greeted and put on a list so we knew when our turn was. The store is run well, and I’m sure all the staff are great, but we thought Harry went above and beyond to take care of us.

"High Customer Service I-Q," says it all about Chris at Valley View.I went to the store needing a new phone. Chris thoroughly explained my plan options, was patient with my questions, ordered the phone that I wanted- with over-night delivery, moved my data to the new phone, and helped pack my old scooter for return. Chris left no doubt that my satisfaction was important.

I switched two years ago to AT&T and have never experienced such a rude group of Customer Reps. I had a Business Account with seven lines and while the Business Team were all professionals the Reps you could reach at General Customer Service 866 923-5329 were awful. I called to suspend two lines used by Grandson who had his own lines, to pay a bill and ask questions about incorrect billing because they were experts at charging me more than I owed. I started making calls on a night late, spent 2 1/2 hours with a rude rep who must have been paying my bill the way she acted. I made a mistake about a line and for 30 minutes she mocked that mistake though I tried to move and most importantly PAY MY BILL. I asked for a Manager, she kept me on hold but occasionally came back on line to mess with me. Bottom line after 1.5 hour wait....there were no managers on duty (like the inmates running the asylum) and she couldn't keep me on line and if a Manager ever appeared she would let them know I had a complaint her name was Maya. 2 hours and 15 minutes of my time. I called back at around midnight got Gabe on the line who wanted to help until I mentioned I wanted to not only Pay My Bill, cancel some lines but also make a complaint against Maya. He pretended twice that my password was wrong and then placed me on hold for four hours. I had nothing better do just let it sit and after 4 hours - FOUR HOURS the line was hung up. He never came back to apologize for the delay. Again I question I pay bills but behavior like that is condoned. The next morning, I called again and a wonderful Rep. answered. I paid my bill, canceled the two lines and she advised that she would have a Supervisor contact me. At least she was pleasant and tried. Never got a call. I am attaching a record of the 12 calls made to the resolve and I knew there was no hope for resolution and moving to another carrier was no longer an option. Think their training moto is "treat all customers crappy". I repeat I did have several progessional reps on the line during two days of torture. Not paying money for 7 lines and dealing with that kind of nonsense and I went to another carrier. Had a few friends who experienced that AT&T magic and left. I have attached a record of the 12 phone calls including the 4 hour hold from Gabe and the 2 hr 15 torture from Maya. I received phone calls two weeks later from the Business Department with an earnest interest in getting my business back but until someone can call me directly explain the unacceptable rudeness and lack of professionalism of their general customer service line +1866 923-5329 issues there's not a chance. Do they treat everybody rudely or was it just me. Just joking...I have the answer.

We went to the store to switch our service to AT&T from another provider. The staff are extremely professional. Chris, who helped us, went over each plan thoroughly and listened to our needs for a plan. We left the store as very happy customers.

Great customer service they will help you with anything you need and on top of that they will break down your bill and explain how much you are paying down to the T the service has been great everywhere I’ve been and I travel a lot all around Virginia because of my job so I have no complaints at all

Entered the store with 4 minutes to close. There was immediate help offered, and not rushed. I talked to whom I could, my issue (#2) resolved in a clear, concise way. That was the turn in of my Galaxy S9. Very friendly and professional. Turned in the last day and latest time, yet they treated it like no problem. I was very thankful.

Awesome staff. Sometimes you do have to have patience because there are others ahead of you and no telling what issues the rep may be dealing with.

I had a problem with my Internet serviceafter traveling overseas, and ATT phone support couldn't fix the problem so I stopped by here. The manager and other associates looked at the problem and they were able to replace my SIM card and have my phone back on the network. Highly recommend them if you want friendly service and are having problems with your phone.

I am VERY pleased with the customer service I received today setting up my new phone. Darius has helped me previously and was pleasant and helpful today as well. But today Hannah was AMAZING in answering questions and solving little roadblocks in setting up my new phone. I spoke with Sarah the manager to let her know what great employees she has in these 2 individuals. I always recommend AT&T in general to my friends and the people at this store specifically for their kind attention to my needs. Thank you, Sarah, Darius, and Hannah. You're the best!
