Buy here only if you want to lose $4700 in TWO DAYS. @ParksAutoGroup and affiliates:It is worth the read.1. 1 February 2023 - I was sold a substandard rusty (hidden at the time) Lexus product for $30,350 on 1st February 2023 by Parks Auto Group2. 2 February 2023 - I was busy and did not get a chance to drive my new to me Lexus.* However, on the drive from where I purchased it to Raleigh the Lexus kept pulling to the right.* I made an appointment at Lexus Durham (my local) to deal with the issue3. 3 February 2023 early morning - I took the Lexus to Lexus Durham to change the brake shoes if needed (for the pull to the right I felt driving back).* When Lexus Durham got the car on the lift, they highlighted certain significant issues* There is rust everywhere, so bad you could poke your finger through the skid plate...and the rust was hidden under a thick layer of black, sticky rubberizing compound, so even if I looked for rust, I would only see this beautiful rubberized black underside.* I immediately; on the same day brought the product back to Parks Auto Group hoping to cancel the deal, based on these hidden disastrous faults that will impact the drivability and can cause serious safety and big repair issues down the line4. Despite a robust inspection report from Lexus Durham detailing these issues; the cancellation was declined by Parks Auto Group.* They say it is my fault, and I should have had the product INSPECTED BY A LEXUS SPECIALIST before purchasing.* Essentially I should have driven it to Durham Lexus on a three hour round trip to have it inspected before purchasing* Indicating essentially that you cannot trust the quality of the products Parks Auto Group sells. Everything should be inspected.5. To 'help' me in my state of disbelief and panic; they offered me a purchase credit of $27,000.* They essentially penalized me $3,350 in TWO DAYS!.* This indicate even they did not want this rusty Lexus back (however I do see that they put it back on their used car website, for $31,000 MSRP. Whoever buys this white elephant better drive to Lexus Durham and have them look at the rusted out bottom....or just take my report I already have from Lexus Durham)* In two days, because I was sold a bad product by Parks Auto Group and decided to Trust them, I lost $3,350 in TWO DAYS!6. The story should end here, but it does not, listen to this:* I was told that I can get the purchase credit only if I buy something else from them.* They only had crap used or very expensive new cars available.* The only somewhat safe option was a 2021 RAV4 with a moderate damage on its Carfax. At least it had no rust.7. Subsequently I used my purchase credit on a 2021 RAV4 with a moderate accident on its Carfax as the best of a bad situation.8. The RAV4 was sold to me at the full MSRP they were asking for the RAV4 ($31,250) PLUS an EXTRA $4,700. Take it or leave it, no negotiation, no other options9. The alternative was to be stuck with a $30,350 Lexus GX Rust bucket which is my fault for buying because I did not get it inspected as they keep on saying, this is your fault, this is your fault...10. So, my current situation is that I bought, from Parks Auto Group, part of the Parks Auto Group, a 2021 RAV4 with moderate Carfax damage FOR A GRAND TOTAL OF $35,050.This makes my car the most expensive 2021 RAV4 with moderate Carfax damage in the continental united states.Even CarMax gives you a few days to take a car back, THEY AT LEAST BELIEVE IN THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL.I tried to engage with them and settle without taking this public. The entire management chain at Parks Auto Group declined to help, including a passionate plea to the president of Parks Auto Group; Adam Parks falling on deaf ears.Standard answer, I was stupid signing the contract and trusting them, now go away, we are trying to screw the next customer.I have to forgive them as I'm a believer, but this is a hard hit from a company whose core values supposedly espouse honestyA BIG disappointment!

Bought an automobile from them back in May. THIS CAR SHOULDVE NEVER BEEN LISTED ON WEBSITE OR PUT ON THE LOT.Get home only to find the car won’t shift into 5th gear after driving off the lot. Called service they checked it out said they could adjust the clutch still won’t shift into 5th gear. Now my extended warranty that I have will not cover and they refuse to do anything to rectify the situation. Do not do business with these people.

Fantastic car-buying experience. I never felt pressured to buy anything even though i knew exactly what I was looking for when I was at the dealership yesterday. I sincerely appreciated the help from the team here and especially the help from Dustin with buying my new Audi. He answered all of my questions, which gave me the confidence that I was making the right decision on buying my car. I would absolutely recommend coming here.

I didn’t like Bill Call, he comes off very pretentious & acts like he’s the best salesperson ever. Uncomfortable atmosphere...you feel like they’re trying to cheat you.

The salesman, Bill Call, was rude and condescending. I was on their lot and he approached me and didn’t even say hello. He just kept staring at me. I waved at him and talked to him for a minute and he asked me what I currently drive. I told him I drive a Acura. He said “I’m not sure you own an Acura.” I wasn’t sure why he said that. Puzzled, I scratched my head and told him “I do own an Acura.” He asked me what year it is and proceeded to insult me saying “Did your parents buy it for you?“ I don’t look like a kid...I am a grown man. Bill Call was a very weird individual. Why would a grown man ask another grown man if his parents bought their vehicle for them??! I don’t understand...I think Bill Call is rude, condescending and a jokester. He’s not serious about selling these cars. Go somewhere else.

Awful dealer. The service dept is the worst. I can’t believe Craig Mikullitz is the manager of the service dept. My fiance owns a A4 and he expressed concerns to Craig that his brakes may be failing. Craig bursts out laughing! When my boyfriend asked him why he is laughing, craig said “I just imagined someone losing control because their brakes on the highway“. WHAT?! What a terrible thing to say.
