I had an unfortunate experience with Audi of Roanoke. During my visit, there was an issue where an oily object was placed on my cream white leather back seat, causing a noticeable stain. I promptly informed Kaleb, the service advisor, who offered an apology and assured me he would discuss the matter with the manager. However, when he spoke to the manager, they denied responsibility for the stain. My attempts to follow up with the manager via phone were useless as my calls went unanswered. Additionally, some basic service tasks, such as checking tire pressure and refilling washer fluid, seemed to have been overlooked, leaving me concerned about the completeness of the service provided. To make matters worse, the process of picking up my Audi was further delayed when my keys were not left inside the car as agreed upon. They had to be sent to me separately. I had invested a significant amount, $6,000, for axles replacement and servicing, so needless to say, this experience left me deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with Audi of Roanoke. I do not recommend.

I had an amazing buying experience at Audi Roanoke. The sales team that assisted me (Evan Shuck and Sonia Older) were outstanding. Evan went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted for a price that exceeded my expectations. The trade-in offered for my 2018 Q5 was generous and a $4K manufacturer's rebate on a new 2023 Q5 made it impossible to pass up. The entire team was a pleasure to work with. Bill (Audi sales) and Ryan (F&I) made the final transaction seamless. Many thanks to everyone involved.

I am disappointed with the service provided by this dealership. We have a 2023 Audi that has a major knocking noise while driving. It sounds like it should not be driven. The service dept will not look at the vehicle for two weeks and cannot offer a loaner car in the meantime. So, we have to go without a car for two weeks with zero help from the service dept and no effort to help us in any way.

Everyone at Audi Roanoke were great. We had a memorable customer service experience. We got a flat tire during a family road trip in the middle of a highway just 2 miles from Audi Roanoke. Craig from parts arranged to have our vehicle picked up by a local towing service company who arrived within 20 minutes. Craig had ordered 4 new Michelin tires to be delivered within the hour. We were picked up separately in a brand new Audi A6 by Mike, and brought to the service center. Craig from service got his fastest mechanic on it given our situation. While we waited, we were shuttled to a restaurant of our choosing. When we got back from lunch, the car was washed and ready for us to take home to continue our road trip. We also received a bag of Audi branded trinkets. Our experience was great and is certainly one we will remember. Thanks to the Audi Roanoke team for turning a stressful situation into a great one.

Visited this dealership for a second opinion. Diagnosed and priced at a reasonable price and timely. All completed as promised. Consequently moved service needs to this dealership.

Damaged my car - unplugged my dash camera so they could not be held liable.Scheduled appointments and did not have parts ready (scheduled >2 weeks out) - showed up to appointment and was told to go home.Filed complaint with Audi USA, should not be allowed to function as an Audi dealer.

We had a very good experience with Audi Roanoke. We had a recall notice for our Q7 - we were able to easily schedule an appointment and found Kaleb and Matt to be very courteous and helpful. There was a concern that a second warning code needed to be diagnosed; as it turned out the recall update cleared the warning code and our diagnostic fee was quickly refunded.

Jim Thomas, my Audi Roanoke salesperson, was very professional and a pleasure to work with in buying my car. He made the process easy, seamless, and stress free. He answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the technology. I highly recommend Jim.

Buy here only if you want to lose $4700 in TWO DAYS. @ParksAutoGroup and affiliates:It is worth the read.1. 1 February 2023 - I was sold a substandard rusty (hidden at the time) Lexus product for $30,350 on 1st February 2023 by Parks Auto Group2. 2 February 2023 - I was busy and did not get a chance to drive my new to me Lexus.* However, on the drive from where I purchased it to Raleigh the Lexus kept pulling to the right.* I made an appointment at Lexus Durham (my local) to deal with the issue3. 3 February 2023 early morning - I took the Lexus to Lexus Durham to change the brake shoes if needed (for the pull to the right I felt driving back).* When Lexus Durham got the car on the lift, they highlighted certain significant issues* There is rust everywhere, so bad you could poke your finger through the skid plate...and the rust was hidden under a thick layer of black, sticky rubberizing compound, so even if I looked for rust, I would only see this beautiful rubberized black underside.* I immediately; on the same day brought the product back to Parks Auto Group hoping to cancel the deal, based on these hidden disastrous faults that will impact the drivability and can cause serious safety and big repair issues down the line4. Despite a robust inspection report from Lexus Durham detailing these issues; the cancellation was declined by Parks Auto Group.* They say it is my fault, and I should have had the product INSPECTED BY A LEXUS SPECIALIST before purchasing.* Essentially I should have driven it to Durham Lexus on a three hour round trip to have it inspected before purchasing* Indicating essentially that you cannot trust the quality of the products Parks Auto Group sells. Everything should be inspected.5. To 'help' me in my state of disbelief and panic; they offered me a purchase credit of $27,000.* They essentially penalized me $3,350 in TWO DAYS!.* This indicate even they did not want this rusty Lexus back (however I do see that they put it back on their used car website, for $31,000 MSRP. Whoever buys this white elephant better drive to Lexus Durham and have them look at the rusted out bottom....or just take my report I already have from Lexus Durham)* In two days, because I was sold a bad product by Parks Auto Group and decided to Trust them, I lost $3,350 in TWO DAYS!6. The story should end here, but it does not, listen to this:* I was told that I can get the purchase credit only if I buy something else from them.* They only had crap used or very expensive new cars available.* The only somewhat safe option was a 2021 RAV4 with a moderate damage on its Carfax. At least it had no rust.7. Subsequently I used my purchase credit on a 2021 RAV4 with a moderate accident on its Carfax as the best of a bad situation.8. The RAV4 was sold to me at the full MSRP they were asking for the RAV4 ($31,250) PLUS an EXTRA $4,700. Take it or leave it, no negotiation, no other options9. The alternative was to be stuck with a $30,350 Lexus GX Rust bucket which is my fault for buying because I did not get it inspected as they keep on saying, this is your fault, this is your fault...10. So, my current situation is that I bought, from Parks Auto Group, part of the Parks Auto Group, a 2021 RAV4 with moderate Carfax damage FOR A GRAND TOTAL OF $35,050.This makes my car the most expensive 2021 RAV4 with moderate Carfax damage in the continental united states.Even CarMax gives you a few days to take a car back, THEY AT LEAST BELIEVE IN THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL.I tried to engage with them and settle without taking this public. The entire management chain at Parks Auto Group declined to help, including a passionate plea to the president of Parks Auto Group; Adam Parks falling on deaf ears.Standard answer, I was stupid signing the contract and trusting them, now go away, we are trying to screw the next customer.I have to forgive them as I'm a believer, but this is a hard hit from a company whose core values supposedly espouse honestyA BIG disappointment!

Great experience working with Jim Thomas and Bill Call in purchasing an Audi Q3. I have purchased three Audis through this dealership over the past decade and have been pleased each time. Craig Mikullitz, service advisor, has always gone above and beyond in taking care of any vehicle needs.

Everyone at Parks Audi of Roanoke was wonderful. I came from out of state for a specific vehicle and Bill Call showed me all the features of the vehicle and explained the quirky things that the EV Audis have as I was test driving and asking questions. I was able to get the price I wanted for my trade without any issues and a great deal on financing. Thank you to Bill Call along with Rick Witt, the Sales Manager and J Smith, Exec Gen Mgr for getting me the car I wanted for the right price.

Bought an automobile from them back in May. THIS CAR SHOULDVE NEVER BEEN LISTED ON WEBSITE OR PUT ON THE LOT.Get home only to find the car won’t shift into 5th gear after driving off the lot. Called service they checked it out said they could adjust the clutch still won’t shift into 5th gear. Now my extended warranty that I have will not cover and they refuse to do anything to rectify the situation. Do not do business with these people.
