Hi, I just wanted to share something that happened today at your store. My mom shops there all the time and recommended it to me, so I decided to check it out. I also downloaded the app that says if you spend $30, you get a $10 discount.
From the moment I got to the register, the lady who helped me seemed to be in a really bad mood and also rude, like she didn’t even want to assist me. I told her about the coupon, but she refused to apply it, and I ended up having to pay the full amount.
It was honestly a sad experience because I came in with a good recommendation and was excited to shop, but I left feeling ignored and unwelcome. I just wanted to share that with you.
