I absolutely love Bath & Body!! I am very grateful for the rewards program, but I am very disappointed in the changes they have made. I'm happy they increased the amount, but in turn, they have excluded multiple items you can use it for.

Felt scolded by older lady at register for not getting sale or clearance items. Was going to spend over $100 today. Terrible experience. Will get bodycology at Walmart and can do self check out. Terrible experience. If you hate your job. Quit. Never coming back.
