Belmont Park is a popular destination for families, children, and adults in Southeast Roanoke. The park features a baseball diamond, playground, basketball court, shelter, and restrooms. A greenway-like trail loops through the top half of the park, offering picnic tables and grills along the way. The layout of the park is described as odd and peculiar, but it is well-maintained. While the restrooms are reported to be dirty, the park is generally considered a safe and dog-friendly environment. Visitors have described Belmont Park as a "cool little neighborhood park" with a "lovely" and "nice" atmosphere, making it a fine selection for a hangout spot or sports activities.
It's a great park during the day, wonderful playground for kids, a great covered area for parties, a nice trail for walking a dog. But be careful going at night as there can be vagrant around. Otherwise a cute little park.

I would love to give this Park a five-star review because my kid loves it while it's even small the problem I have is every time I go there lately I have to not let her play because there's always some sort of drug deal or hang abouts that make a parent feel uneasy
