Had fender replaced they had it ready on Friday matched paint perfect didn't get door handle right took it back on Monday 30 minutes fixed no problem Derek was really nice

I just had the back door of my BMW I4 replaced, and I am pleased with the work. The turn around time was short, and the installation and paint-match are perfect. They even super-cleaned the inside of my car! I also liked the service. Derek was very personal.

I had a terrible experience with this body shop after a $10,000 front-end deer repair. They had my car for three months with zero communication—never answering calls but constantly sending new adjustments to my insurance. Kevin, the service writer, was unprofessional and made me feel like I was a nuisance anytime I had concerns. The only way I could get updates was by physically showing up.
When I finally got my car back, the horn didn’t work, and the headlight was cracked—how does that even happen? Called Kevin, and he admitted the headlight they installed was used but said they’d order a new one. I showed up the next day, and of course, no one had a clue why I was there—zero communication between employees.
They eventually ordered the headlight and “checked” the horn, saying Kevin had to handle it. When he finally followed up, he acted clueless and then told me insurance wouldn’t cover fixing the horn—which they overlooked after three months! After pushing to speak with someone higher up, Terry seemed understanding and asked me to bring it back. After 45 minutes, they basically gave up and sent me home. I fixed it myself for $50.
Only positives: the front desk girl was nice and the repair work itself wasn’t bad. But if you want basic communication, accountability, or a thorough job, avoid this place unless you’re ready for frustration.

We took our van to Berglund Body Works Collision Center. Derek Chapman went over and behind to get the van done and in a fast manner. He kept in communication with us every step of the way, and the end results were amazing. If we need work again we will definitely come here again.
