We’re in the same business, so we know how easily some shops can take advantage of a tough situation — but these guys did the exact opposite. I sent my step father Steve to them for fuel system repairs, and they did an outstanding job. Truck was the dealer first and had it towed to Blue Ridge Truck & Auto. Crystal’s communication throughout the process was top-notch, and the pricing was fair and honest. They treated Steve with integrity and professionalism from start to finish. As a fellow shop owner, I truly appreciate the way they handled everything. Highly recommended. We would be honored to extend the common courtesy to them and their customers if they are ever in a tight spot in our area.

I've been taking my vehicles here since 2012. By far the most honest crew I've ever dealt with, and fair pricing. Biggest thing for me is the extremely low turnover rate with the mechanics. A lot of the same faces here at Rhodes Ave location for years. Will always be my go-to for anything from maintenance to major repairs.

I take my car here to get an inspection. The folks are very kind and punctual. I simply called and they told me when to bring my car in. Very courteous group of people. I recommened them to friends and they are satisfied as well.

A leak related to the oil cooler was found and the gasket kit sealed the leak. I appreciated the communication in person and by phone. They were honest and no hidden charges. The repair schedule was right on target. Thank You.
