Avoid the Rocky Mount store (we were informed all stores are independently owned)! Anyone can steal a phone and take it to a store and make changes to the account, so long as they have possession of the phone to receive the one-time code via text. 🤦🏻♀️ They're not secure at all! They don't even check the account holder information, however, if the account holder calls to make changes, and doesn't have the phone in-hand, he/she has to go through an entire security scan. On top of that, their service coverage is horrible. It barely has signal in-city, but forget about service in rural.

Not secure. If someone gets your phone they can upgrade and add lines without your authorization just by having the phone all while you get locked out for 3 days. This store in Roanoke tried to help and wasn't involved but the one in Rocky Mount Virginia allowed fraudulent activity on my account and refused to help. With all the other cell companies out there, don't get Boost.

Boost no longer has the best prices on replacement phones in the area, just like everyone else they've shot up in price for even their lowest model. I go through 3+ phones a year (I work a physical labor job). I suppose I could always go the "phone insurance" route, but even then they only replace your phone so much. I would much rather buy a cheap 60.00 replacement smart phone that'll last me until I crack the screen or drown it with water then have to fork out 180.00 for the cheapest new with activations on a provider that has problems maintaining a call connection in literally ANY area of Roanoke.

I was able to get my new phone activated ( for an extra cost) and also had to purchase a Sim card for an additional cost...! ?

It’s never open on time! The worse boost store in the city of Roanoke. I like to be on time with everything and coming to this store I have to sit in the parking lot for a long time because they’re always late to work smh.

Horrible customer service. I went in today to get help with my account. The guy with the dreads. He didn't help me at all. So I had to drive to another Boost Mobile on Williamson Rd. where Famous Anthony was at. I got great costumer service.

Whatever you do DO NOT do business with these crooks they lie to you to get you to buy expensive phones and when the phone itself doesn't work properly they refuse to offer up any type of a refund..these people DO NOT HAVE PROPER BUSINESS EDICATE..Boost you need to close this store down.
