Cheap and efficient.126 has horrible air conditioning. And the soda machine will give you Dr. Pepper if you pick Mountain Dew. But I got a discount because the TV wasn't working. ?

Nothing fancy. But it was clean. If you need a room for a night it will work. If you need fancy and room service then this is not for you. But if you are just lookin for clean room and a bed this is your place.

Nice people work here and theres barely ever any noisy crowds that stay here . The DO offer a weekly rate and will refuse to tell you so make sure u ask

Nice family owned business. Have both smoking and non-smoking rooms. Good place to stay if budget minded, rates cheaper than most other hotels in town except other Budget Inns [and the Knights Inn outside of town (which does not have non smoking rooms)]. Can walk to a 24 hour Waffle House and 24 Hour Denny's from the Hotel parking lot (as well as a McDonald's). Not bad if you need to take a break from the kids and can get a babysitter (Note: this Budget Inn is the one that's on Orange Ave.).

Conveniently located to downtown Roanoke the Budget Inn Express has the best rates in town. Although there's no laundry facilities or pool, the rates are very affordable and the rooms are clean. Having only stayed here on very cold nights I can vouch for the heaters!! The staff are friendly and make guests feel welcome to the beautiful state of Virginia.

The single bed rooms were really small and the A/C barely worked. The rooms that had two beds were actually pretty nice, they seemed to have been recently renovated.
