This store has a great range of products and super helpful employees. Chase helped us - he was really nice and knows his stuff very well.
I’ve had great experience with their soaps, shave bars, laundry detergent, beard oil and beard balm.
They have recently added quite a few new products and fragrances. It is also possible to blend and customize fragrances for some products, which is great.

I was helped by Chase who was super niceand friendly to me! My hands used to be dry and cracked and would bleed. I was amazedafter the very first use! I now have 15 bars in neon colors displayed under my 4 foot blacklight. I call it “POKE’S” wall of soap on Facebook where I’m known as Poke Porter.I just know that I’m one of your happiest customers! Thanks for a product that glows and works wonderfully for me!

I was having the worst day, and wanted to treat myself to a body scrub. The cashier, Chase was sweet, clearly saw I was upset, and chatted with me, gave me some samples, and talked to me, and chatted about the things they offer at Buff city soap, but not in a selling way, just remarked about spending time with friend and good things to do there. I appreciate it, I left feeling better, and happy to have stoped in for a treat.

I knew it. When I got home, I compared the fragrance of my same scent narcissist laundry detergent. It is much weaker. I asked the manager to make me some fresh because the ones out that day were not the same. She said they were. Now I have two of the laundry and two of the body oil, I even asked it I could pay more for a bit more fragrance, because it smelled different. NOPE! She assured me it was because the shop is overwhelming with scent, swore it was the same. So now I'm stuck with 65 dollars worth of nothing special body oil and laundry soap. There goes something I really used to like that I will not buy again. Unsatisfied customer....good job ladies, unless this is made right, you'll lose my business. She DID make me a fresh batch, but it seemed even weaker than the ones out!

The bath bath bomb for kids completely ruined my tub! I mean it’s completely purple and not coming clean.It also made my son break out- I highly doubt this soap is from all natural ingredients.

The staff could not be more helpful!? I wasn't really going to buy anything but they took the time to explain everything that I ended up with scented laundry detergent and lavender body oil and rose scented bar soap! I watched them make my laundry detergent and body oil! It was cool.
